I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Overall, Chili's is great, however, I haven't been back since they took the country fried steak off their menu. So you can probably tell it has been a very long time since I've been there. This was the best CFS ever and the corn on the cob that came with it, omg. Just wish they would bring it back. Oh, also, the best salsa.

Missing items from order. Was order partial refund. Food quality was horrible. The boneless wings were over cooked that I couldn’t eat half of the wings. Barely had buffalo sauce more like naked wings instead of medium buffalo.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

TERRIBLE WINGS !!!!! TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!I order 32 wings, flavors: parmesan garlic, mild apple BBQ sauce, and regular BBQthe flavors was alright. However, what disgusted me was how big the wings were !!! My god these were the biggest wings IVE EVER SEEN, EVER!!!!Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings have some decent size wings but “It’s Just Wings” is on a different level, it’s disgusting!!!!My mom fiancé and I all went to the restroom and bit after and tore the restroom up!!! I’m writing this now and my stomach is hurting so bad!! NEVER AGAIN!!
