This place has top notch employees. Every time I walk in I am always greeted with kind gestures from the workers. There is a specific worker there I have heard her employees call her “nat” her customer service is absolutely amazing. The food is overall delicious, best subs ive had in awhile. Jersey mikes takes the cake for any sub place.

Gonna be honest anytime i order online to pick it up the order is wrong about 90% of the time. While ordering in store you ask for light vinegar or any sauce they cover your sandwich and laugh. i tried explain to a manager that i hate driving home and my whole sandwich is soaked in vinegar and has the consistency of a wet sponge. When i mention this issue i was laughed at by multiple employees and told i need to eat faster.... Sadly no other options are closer for this. Now i understand others probly sit in the store and eat there sandwich as it was intended and this isn't a issue but i am willing to bet a testicle if i ordered online again we could walk next door open the sandwich and it would be a wet sponge already.
Parking: its south Florida nobody can park or drive they cant help this

Success only comes when you have key elements in place. Jersey Mike's Subs Homestead has all the key elements. Strong Leadership, friendly professional staff, & delicious fresh product. I live about 5 miles away from this location, and this is the only place I will come to for any sub cold/hot or salad bowl. The other thing I noticed with this location, " "Consistency" always the same.No matter what day of the week, what time of the day, or who's preparing it for you. This is something you don't see much of anymore. So my hats off to the awesome leadership, and the staff. Job well done, wish you all continue success.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was fine but today I went an hour before closing & they only had rosemary bread with is fine. I didn’t mind trying a new bread but also the lettuce had been sitting out for a long time bc it was brown but again that’s fine. It was an hour b4 closing. The only thing that upset me was that with the prices being charged ($11 for a 6in tuna sub) it’s upsetting that you can’t have your bread toast with the tuna & cheese (or whatever meat & cheese) bc I like my cheese melted and this changed the entire sub. The girl didn’t even ask me if I wanted my bread toasted b4 adding the tuna & then when I asked about toasting the bread she let me know she can’t toast it with the tuna & cheese, but i thought she was still going to toast my bread at least, that was not the case. So i didn’t even get a toasted bread. This was not the sub I was hoping for, It didn’t taste as good as it should’ve. I was deciding between subway & Jersey mikes but assumed jersey mikes would be better…I was wrong. Very disappointing.

I rarely give bad reviews, especially for food because at the end of the day, it is what it is. I ordered online for delivery for Jersey Mikes on their app. It was $40 for two subs including tip fees etc, which is fine because I live around 15 minutes away. However, the app does not let you add toppings like relish to a steak sub, which again is fine. I put in the notes for both subs some things I wanted to add in, things that are not included and are not extra costs like banana peppers, relish etc. Again, that is fine. But I called just in case to say hey, just want to make sure my order reflects the notes I put, and the employee told me yes I see your notes. Perfect. Done deal. So when my order shows up, nothing was brought that I wanted in the notes. Does not sound like a big deal but the fact I called and confirmed and they still didn’t bring it for two subs that cost me $40? What’s the point. I asked for relish on the side and banana peppers on the side, which I guess was too much work for $40 for two subs. Jeez.

These people don’t listen when you ask for only certain ingredients they add what ever they eat to the sub then give attitude when you correct them
