I went in and ordered a rost beef melt on a wrap they gave it to me on bread even though I told em I wanted it on a wrap they had to remake it and they gave it to me cold I didn't realize that untill I was pulling out the driveway and the worst part is I was the only one there , I ll never eat at Jimmy Jon's ever again

He made sure my order was perfect, and I was especially impressed by how he interacted with my kids. He took the time to engage with them, made them laugh which made their day. It's not every day you find someone who goes above and beyond to make a meal enjoyable for both adults and kids. Anthony's kindness and excellent customer service truly stood out! Picked up a to-go order here this afternoon and it was delicious! We got a turkey, a veggie, and a kids’ ham, and they were easily the best subs we’ve had in a while. They tasted fresh and were full of flavor, and the price was very reasonable! We will be back for sure.
