i really wanted to love this cafe, and I have gone so many times but it doesn’t get better. Yesterday I made an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait with my baby, I got an order confirmation text then when I got to the store my order didnt exist.. one of the staff said they are switching platforms.. why even have online ordering turned on then? Stop being messy and turn it off. I got a smoothie and paid extra for banana and chocolate but my smoothie only tasted like milk and PB.. didn’t even look any hint of chocolate it was very light. Has potential but they need to do better…

This is a place where you'll need to have 20/20 vision to be able to read the menu posted high on the wall behind the counter. They have no paper menu and the online menu is very hard to navigate. So it's best though to order in advance online. The atmosphere is cutely illustrated on the walls , but they don't keep the tables clean. The service is good and one employee particularly engaging . The best thing about this place is their smoothies and açai bowls

Absolutely the worst açaí bowl I have ever eaten and besides I said I don’t want honey, I want granola and they gave me honey instead of the granola I ask for and to topped of they mixed the açaí with frozen yogurt 🤮

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The Envy Smoothie is hands down one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and packed with vibrant, clean ingredients that leave you feeling energized and satisfied. You can really taste the quality in every sip. The staff is friendly, the vibe is inviting, and the menu makes healthy eating feel exciting. This spot is officially in my regular rotation!

The young lady at the register was wonderful. The young man that made the smoothie was mute. I spoke to him with no response. The smoothie was awful. Tasteless when requested extra peanut butter and exxxxtttrrraaa thick. I received nothing requested. I actually called back to ask if he forgot the peanut butter and bananas. Tast like a cup of liquid milk.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! Been coming here for years, but after an altercation with an employee with personal matters, NEVER Again. I always come after the gym to enjoy a protein smoothie or the amazing açaí bowls. I never come when a certain employee is there because I myself own a business and had an incident with this person In my business environment. All the employees there are very wonderful and their customer service has been great so far. I came on this day on regular routine. Sometimes other servers serve me while she is there.. a couple weeks after they hired a new employee and her and the girl insulted me and was literally disrespecting while I was there, being that I am very mature and older I didn’t sink down to the level of immaturity between the girls, but you can imagen the anxiety that ran through my body. Then a few days after they got into an altercation with my sister and my sister is very outspoken and did not let the insult continue. The day before me walking in she let another server , serve me, no problem. Then I come today n the same server was taking my order n she walks up claiming I am not allowed here. I was so confused because I never in my life have met the owner and my first experience with them was very unprofessional, how do you allow you employees to insult other people and then bring there personal matters to there woke environment and then the owner tells me on the phone that she should of taken matters about her employees personal matters into her own hands & all I did was want an açaí bowl , don’t even speak to the girl or look her way, several times my friends would make sure her employee was good, out of. Nowhere she made it personal and the embarrassment that I experienced you don’t even want to imagen. So many people was in there when this employee continued the harassment. Very sad day . No Acai bowl.
*update: I have called in orders multiple times without a problem. Today I called in a smoothie order and the girl tells me I have to pay over the phone first. If you want people to pay first, simply tell them to order online. Who is giving their credit card information over the phone to a complete stranger? What year is this? She was very rude and you have lost a devoted customer.
I have been her multiple times. For the most part, the smoothies are good. Some of them are a little too sweet for my liking. Their acai bowls are good..my daughter enjoys them. The only thing that kills the vibe is all the signs with disclaimers. Like "Due to raised rent and food cost our prices have gone up". No kidding, Captain Obvious...lol. It's a little too much.

Only giving three stars because I frequent this spot for the smoothies which are delicious. However, the customer service is terrible. The staff is not trained in giving customers a simple hello at the register. You’ll be standing there for 5 minutes and they won’t even acknowledge you. I’ve told them “thank you, have a good day” and they don’t even respond back. This has occurred on more than one occasion.

For the price of their smoothies you'd think they would have better customer service. Everytime I come it it's like I am bothering the workers.. they close at 9pm but by 7:30 they wash the juicer so options are limited.. management needs to have a meeting.
