Made my order in the drive through cause the app would not work for my order and saw one female talking to the the person preparing the food. Then that person turned around and looked at me unkindly as she prepared my order. I got home to serve the food to my family and found a sharp piece of plastic in the chicken bucket. Why in the hell is this in our food and why the unkindly looks.

Love kfc but this location tends to be super slow and the Workers behind the counter actively ignore you until you basically demand their attention. Every time I place orders on the KFC app, they take forever to put together an order for pickup. I order a 3 PC combo and waited over 40 mins for it despite the app saying the order was ready. Attitude from the workers. Management needs to step it up. I'm not trying to be mean but this is ridiculous. I'm very patient but come on bro there's a limit

Yesterday by 7:00pm i walk into the Store of the KFC Located in Homestead, and nobody said even Welcome, and I stay for like 5 minutes and no one take my order or even said something. Definitely the customer service is one of the most important factors on any business. I can't said anything about the food because i can't order nothing.

I went very early because of my granddaughter who wanted chicken from this place, the girl who served us seemed super friendly and very dynamic in her sales management, everything was very delicious, the only thing I didn't like was the mashed potatoes, it tasted like hell , but otherwise everything is delicious.
