I use to come to this location all of the time with no complaints. Today service was horrible a bunch of little kid's hired on their phones and ignoring customer's. Very disrespectful and my food was cold, probably sitting there for a long time. Won't be back to this location at least for a while.

Every single time I’ve come to this KFC, I’ve placed my online order way ahead of time. Show up, and then they tell me to drive around the building and come back in 5 minutes. And sometimes when we do that- they tell us to do it AGAIN. what is the point of a drive - thru, if it takes 40 minutes, and 3 loops around the building. The service and food is not worth the wait around. We recommend going to literally any other KFC in Miami dade county.

The chicken was good and fresh. They forgot one of my order of fries. Double check your order before leaving. They were shy on fries on the order they did give me.
I will say most of the staff appeared to be hard workers especially while the restaurant seemed pretty busy. I asked if they were hiring because they were backed up and I was only inquiring about it for my teenage daughter. The manager whoever she is, was not welcoming and gave a little attitude when asked about the position. I get it some days are rougher than others, but for future reference try not to look like the way you feel.

It's bad enough that we're paying ridiculous prices for this overpriced, average chicken, but you can't even count to five? Next time I'll just hit up Canes. It's only 2 minutes west....
