This place once was a decent, affordable healthy lunch spot. Now, not only does this place holds the Guinness World Record for the driest chicken on the planet, it’s also the most flavorless. The toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc) were old and tired a week ago, and the ladies serving the food dish it out like it comes out of their paycheck. Take your money elsewhere, I know I will!

No one here speaks English. When I called to place an order they couldn’t understand me, and then they hung up on me. I had the same experience when I spoke with them in person. Terrible customer service. I guess they don’t care about English speaking customers. Very rude.

Honestly i have no clue how this place is even open. Everything about it is bad. I decided to give the place another shot today and it just wasn't good. Offset place of chicken kitchen with very few to none options to be able to create your bowl. Have bad stomach aches both times ive eaten from there.

Staff very rude, love the food but the .Manager was rude and completely unhelpful. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes, just a little bit of onions. She said no you have to pay for the onions. They just lost a customer that goes at least 2 twice a week.

The food is delicious, especially with the garlic cilantro sauce. My husband and I usually order our chop with brown rice. Sometimes are the grains are hard, but when they aren't our meal is perfect.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken with a side order of plantains. They didn’t have any plantains upfront, so they went to the back to get them. It didn’t even cross my mind to check my order before I left. When I got home to have my meal, the plantains were cold, hard and stale. I returned to the store to get a refund and to express my complaint to the staff. No one could help me due to the language barrier.

Asked for rice and chicken and extra chicken. Apparently one serving with rice is 6 grams of chicken for $9 for and additional 3 grams of chicken it’s $4. Gave me the order wrong ( not sure how you mess up chicken and rice ) when I mentioned they gave me the wrong order there was zero remorse or accountability. No apology or offer to fix the order. Also Paying $4 for 3 grams of extra chicken doesn’t merit and extra sauce that would be extra too. Typically I don’t write reviews but since there was zero accountability and a lack of common courtesy I felt it was well deserved.

This place needs new management. You walk in smells like burnt chicken. I attempted to order and I was left to wait while the workers were cleaning mind it’s 12:54pm it’s not closing time. One of the ladies told me to have patience so I walked out because a customer should not he ignored. Don’t bother giving this place business they don’t deserve it. Customers are the reason a business stays open.
