I ordered online and my app said the Piazz was ready when I got there it was not and it’s not the first time it happens. I believe they do that on purpose to show they finish in a timely manner.

On Friday 04/10/2024 I placed my order online, I went to pick it up at 6:10 PM, the two pizzas I bought were cold and half raw, very poor quality, this had never happened to me in this store, I have been buying in that store for years, I think that after this event I will think better about buying in that location again, I am very sorry that they have lost quality.

This store is disgusting, everything is rotten, extremely dirty, everything is like this in front, I don't want to imagine being in the back where the food is made.
Place is trash. Why bother putting in your order online if you still have to wait for it when you arrive? Never ready when they say it will be. Waited for 30 minutes after I it was supposed to be ready to finally receive my pizza.

Refuses to answer phone. I've been on hold over 30 min. Just pulled up to location and NO ONE is working. Everyone just sitting in the back on their cell phones, no manager in sight. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a Little Caesar's. This location needs to be shut down, they apparently don't want the business anyhow.
