We have been to quite a few LongHorn restaurants recently and must say we were a little disappointed this time. It was very cold where we sat right under the air conditioning, the waiter turned it down so it was fine. The food took a little long to arrive, which is actually okay if the food is cooked to perfection, when the food arrived, one steak was almost cooked through, although medium/rare was best. The waiter did everything in his power to make us happy and that also meant that we had a good experience. The prices are quite ok when you think about the sizes of meat you order.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! 2nd time in a row and the food was horrible, I expressed this to them before I even ordered and my food still came out HORRIBLE. Cheese on my Parmesan crusted steak not melted, lobster so damn tough j couldn’t even chew it! Also food was cold, my daughters food came out 30 minutes before the rest of the table got food! I will never return to this location! Horrible services, horrible food, horrible experience! Never again!
From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. I wish I could remember the Host/Greeter name who welcomed my family and I when we arrived on Saturday around 7pm, she is the best, she is one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Kudos to the entire team!
