I visited LongHorn today and had a very disappointing experience. I spent about 15 minutes seated without anyone acknowledging me. Several servers walked right past me without even saying “good afternoon.” I even walked by them at one point and they didn’t notice me at all.
This reflects a serious lack of management oversight and professionalism. I expected much better from this establishment. I won’t be returning unless improvements are made.

The best Longhorn out of many locations that I have gone to in Florida! The steaks are cooked to perfection, the Wild West Shrimp appetizer is incredible, and the service is impeccable. Unfortunately I do not remember the waiters name which has left the best impression so far due to him packing our leftovers and saying that he is just trying to bring back great service which is what every restaurant should be doing. Overall, the best Longhorn location!!
