We were just sauntering through the Redlands hungry as could be when we stumbled on Jon's farm in the form of a food truck parked in front. He told us all about what he grows and filled us up with the freshest, most tasty yucca fries, herbed mayo and wonderful sorrel (hibiscus drink). Three Sisters has great ambiance with tiki seating areas and a large open tiki hut displaying his fruits & veggies. We passed other fruit stands as we were driving out of the area and what had formerly seemed quaint now had the charm of a paint store. Jon's farm is what we need everywhere. Love of nature in its' purest form. He is hopefully the frontline of what is to come and he is doing God's work.

This food truck is Princeton's best! The quality of their food and their customer service is the top notch. The husband and wife duo running the business are the sweetest and you can tell they care a lot about what they do and it really shows in their cooking! I have yet to try them out for lunch but I can say that everything on their breakfast menu is delicious! I especially LOVE their ham and chorizo croquettas and their cafe late! You won't find anything this fresh and delicious in the area!
