They messed up my order price

Upon arriving at this establishment, I was denied entry because I had my service dog with me but without a vest. I was stopped at the door without further explanation. Just simply no dogs allowed. I explained and showed a service dog ID but wasn’t enough. He was requiring a service dog vest. This action is not only deeply upsetting but also a violation of my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Service animals are essential to the daily lives of individuals with disabilities, and the ADA guarantees their right to access public places, including restaurants. Your staff's refusal to allow me entry with my service dog was not only unlawful but also discriminatory, causing me undue stress and inconvenience.
I would like to request that you take immediate action to ensure that all your employees are properly trained on ADA regulations and the rights of individuals with disabilities. It is crucial that such an incident does not happen again, either to myself or to others.

Every year I come to this place to celebrate my birthday with my favorite dish, I loved it, but my last 2 experiences has been nothing but disappointment, Oct 13 was my lat visit, I asked my waitress for the lobster tale ( my fav dish) sometimes the run out of tale so I asked my waiter (5) times for the TALE ONLY, she said yes 5x, I also asked for an extra side of French fries, cause it used to come included, and is also in the dish pic, any way, fries didn’t came until my son was almost finished, and the lobster tail was MIA, there was no meat in, the video was before touching the food, you can see for yourself, I was so frustrated, I asked my server what happened?, she replied, “oh I’m sorry we run out of lobster tale, but this is the same” 😡I replied, really? I specifically asked you 5x and you said yes!, but this is the same” she replied, I told her there was no meat on that lobster, she said “ there is meat in the claws 🦞”, me: really???. And on top of that I paid for the full bill. Of course no tip. Management before was way better. OWNERS KEEP A LOOK ON YOUR RESTAURANT, this place used to be packed, now there was just like 3 tables on a Sunday. I’m sorry, cause I used to enjoy this place, but I won’t recommend it anymore.

This place is very good to go alone and as a family, it has very good food, the waiters are very good and the seafood is fresh, you just have to have a good stomach, it gave me diarrhea😅

Food was decent, drinks were decent, prices are reasonable, seafood was fresh. I gave them 3 stars because they need to improve the service and they need some improvement on the menu (menu is kind of confusing.) It was 4 of us and our plates did not come out at the same time, we all got our food at different times, some of the items we ordered never came, our waiter forgot to write them down . By the time my plate came the other three people had pretty much finished, I ended up taking my dish to go. In defense of our waiter he admitted he was new. He was also overwhelmed. I saw two waiters taking the orders and about 5 others bringing the food to the tables, when we were done I had to call one of the girls to come and pick up the empty plates. They kept bringing plates to our table asking if we had ordered them. I did observed patrons in other tables sending plates back stating that it was not what they had ordered. The restaurant did seem clean and the decor was nice. I left my phone in a bench outside and the security guard picked it up and when my wife called it he answered and told us he had it. All four of us agreed that the food was fresh but would not be inclined to return.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the restaurant's parking lot. There was a security guard that was on top of the game.
