Tried to get breakfast before a basketball game and went inside which was a huge mistake. They apparently only prioritize the drive through because we ordered and didn't get our food until 20 minutes later which we had to ask an employee for it. Food was no longer hot and made us late so we had to eat cold breakfast sandwiches. Bathrooms were also a mess, out of soap, water didnt work so how are the employees washing their hands if customers cant? Who knows

Long lines. Burgers are tiny now. Like seriously where is the beef? Prices have gone up a d quality and quantity of food has gone down. I will never at a McDonald's again. Sadly times have changed and so has McDonald's. Hopefully they can step up their game again and be what they usto be.

This McDonald’s in Homestead is absolutely ridiculous! How hard is it to follow a simple instruction? I asked for ONE thing – cheese only. That’s it. Instead, they completely ignored me and loaded it with onions. I HATE onions! It’s not rocket science, it’s a burger order. If your staff can’t handle basic directions, what’s the point of taking custom orders at all? Complete incompetence!

I’ve always loved grabbing a quick meal at McDonald’s .However, I just had a disappointing experience at my local spot. It’s frustrating to find hair in my food, especially when I know that the staff should be wearing proper hairnets to keep things clean. It makes me question how seriously they take food safety. I really think every McDonald's should enforce this rule more strictly to make sure everyone has a pleasant dining experience.

The nuggets looked like.nuggets. The soda is always on point, given McD's has a nice contract with Coke.

I just bought two $5 meals and traded milk for soda. And they charged me the regular price when the McDonald's drink options include milk. The manager tells me that once I don't want soda, the checkout system changes the order. It's a huge scam. Because even if I didn't want soda, I would want that option because I buy it off the board every day, but this time at the checkout, this happened to me. It's a shame how they scam people. Very worst experience ever with McDonald. They took my drive through order more than 4 times still they gave something else which I have not ordered. I think no one in this store interested to work. I won’t come back here for any reason
