They prioritize door dash and Uber eats over in person customers. It took me 5 minutes to get a person's attention then almost another 5 for the sauce the missed. This is an every time thing.

Standard McDonald's for this area. They have free wifi. The washroom was clean. Fast food.

Service was good and fast. On the other hand, my fries were cold and hard, I’m not one to complain about fries but these deserve it.

Today I went to get a meal and I waited 5 minutes. After a while I asked an employee three times if there was anyone at the register. She ignored me until I got close to her face and then I asked for the manager because every time I order my burger with extra onions it never happens or worst I get no onions. I wanted to make sure they got it right this time. I end up waiting 15 extra minutes because I asked for fries with no salt and ended up with burn fries. They give me hot food which lacks at the McDonald's in my area but at what cost. They are under staffed which causes them to be rude sometimes. I'm not coming here anymore.

The worst McDonald's in the world if you're ready to wait 30 min for your food and it be cold and or unsatisfactory then this is the place to go no one in their right mind would rate this five stars this deserves negative 5 its unbelievably bad please send someone from corporate.
2025 update will ridiculously slow
This was the worse experience. I don't often eat fast food, but this is one of the reason why: Fries sitting in the warmer, but still cold, ordered fresh, he took them back along with another customer with same complaint. He put the fries on edge of fry counter, threw the (FRIES) in garbage and used the same container, switching mine and the ladies box. The cashier corrected him again. Fish was cold, went inside to get my money back, manager finally came over with the fresh bag of same order, hot fish and fries slightly hotter than before, no tops for the drink at drink counter, which was filthy. The pro in this is these kids have somewhere to work, but the con is, leadership isn't it, at this establishment.
When Chad was the manager at this location all was good. Chad left to different location so did the great service.

Service was horrible the workers were net even doing anything I tried to pay cash and they kept saying I'll be right with you meanwhile they just went on their phones

I don’t know who they are hiring at these fast food places, but it’s impressive how y’all manage to send orders with half of the items missing and the other half wrong. The best part is that they never answer the phone or take accountability, but what can you expect. Just remember: put the fries in the bag!

Only one person taking orders in the front counter had to wait because she took 2 oders as I'm waiting
I was there waiting she asked me what did I want them again and as I was telling she said wait and took care of a new drive true customer
I was there before also waiting on her to finish the drive one.
My time its also important.
