Why do you have employees who do not have a full command of the English language taking orders via loudspeaker. It is not right to make an American citizen feel bad for not being able to speak Spanish if this is his country. It should be the other way around. PS: your drive-thru graphic display does not work.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s very close to home and work so I go there once in a while and am always disappointed. The staff is completely incompetent. They mess up every order I have placed. There are always huge delays in service even when ordering ahead on the app. The store has been very dirty every time I go. The management doesn’t care. I voiced my concern about the bad quality of an order and he just told me to call corporate. No help at all.
