Isn’t it crazy how there’s an enormous sign outside this location, you really can’t miss it, that says “open 24 hours” yet… the place closes at 11pm. Lmfao incredible. Great coordination!

WHY BOTHER IN GETTING DINNER OUT HERE WHEN YOU PAY FOR IT AND NOT RECEIVE HALF OF WHAT YOU ORDER WITH A MGR OR SUPERVISOR STANDING NEXT TO EMPLOYEES AT DRIVE THRU WINDOW. I ORDERED TWO..NOT ONE..TWO MCRIB MEALS, A 10 PC NUGGET AND A CHEESEBURGER. NOTHING DIFFICULT ! AND THEY LEFT OUT A COMPLETE MEAL BUT GAVE ME A SODA FOR IT. THEN I TRIED CALLING AND PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS..AND IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. REALLY? AND YOU WONDER WHY YOUR SALES ARE DECREASING? ONE OF US LEFT NOW WITHOUT DINNER. THANKS MCDONALDS STAFF AT BISCAYNE DR.

Took my 3 grandkids and daughter to eat. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. We were the only ones in the lobby. Couldn't figure out why it took so long until I got the food. Seems they had to make sure it was nice and cold before serving it. I have never eaten in a McDonalds were the food was so bad. I could understand the delay if there were busy, but to be the only ones in there, take so long and get cold food. Now I know why it wasn't busy. Last time for me.

I’m honestly so frustrated with this location. It was 10:52 a.m., and according to McDonald’s official policy, breakfast runs until 11 a.m. The menu boards were still displaying breakfast items, yet when I tried to order, I was told they had already stopped serving. It feels like staff here just do whatever they want, and the inconsistency is really disappointing. If the menu says breakfast until 11, customers should be able to rely on that — not be misled.

I made a delivery through door dash and I had items missing and completely incorrect items. And unfortunately this was not the first time. To make it worse my mistakes items did not qualify to get a refund. So lessoned learned to get off the food delivery apps and to stay away from this McDonalds (or maybe all of them). It’s better that way anyway. I’m sharing because it’s ridiculous that they get to make mistakes and you can’t get the situation fixed.
