I don’t usually leave reviews, but this order deserves it. Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. My food showed up cold, stale, and clearly had been sitting around for way too long. The fries were soggy and tasted like old oil, the burger looked like it was slapped together without any care, and to top it off, my drink was barely half full.
For a place that prides itself on being “fast food,” this was nothing but lazy and careless. If I wanted a cold, disappointing meal, I could’ve made it myself at home for free. I paid for fresh food and got a sad excuse of an order instead.
I’m genuinely pissed off at how little effort went into this. Do better.

every time I go to the McDonald’s, they take at least 30 minutes to give me my order and they have really bad. Customer service and employees are very rude. today I went to get the new shake that they came out with after 10 minutes. I asked if it was ready and they said that the machine was broken so I waited to see if they gave me something else. Nobody asked me if I wanted to change the drink I asked for a refund and they said no So I asked to change my drink To another employee and then She continued to say that the machine wasn’t broken and she started yelling at the staff Saying that who lied about the machine being broken and then proceeded to give me another drink after 20 minutes I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s

Ordered a sandwich and medium fries. Sandwich was thrown into the bag that bun had smeared half of the cheese off. Gave me a half filled medium fries.

I wait every time I come to this McDonalds about 20 in line when there’s only about 4 cars in line the service is horrible if you take a break from your job and you want something quick make sure to not come to this McDonalds horrible service

When i got my order and went home and started eating, halfway through i noticed that the burger patty was raw and saw other pieces raw too. The burger was dry and had absolutely no flavor and it being raw made it worse so overall i recommend never coming here and again a reminder if you do come here dont get the number three.

Sorry to report, but this is the worst mcdonald's i've ever encountered. Something so small.. I asked for extra breakfast sauce on my sandwich and they say no. I asked for a side of breakfast sauce and they say, no.We cannot do that. You call the store and nobody ever picks up. Ever!! All other mcdonald's locations say, of course, you may have extra breakfast.Sauce. this location needs extensive retraining. Be polite, help the customer

We had to wait an hour and 15 mins for a curb side order. The employees inside were extremely rude and not attentive. The manager was cursing in Spanish with zero thoughts behind her words. This place really needs cooperate to come and visit. This McDonald’s has to be the worse one I’ve never encountered in my neighborhood
Terrible place, you’ll wait over 30 mins to get your meal. It’s a madhouse. All the workers do is talk trash all day long and pay zero importance to customer service. It should never take 30 plus minutes for an order. It’s called fast food!
