It was 1:30am I saw an ad for chicken big Mac. Went on drive thru and they had the meal I wanted which was nice for a change because usually they have small menu late night . So I was thankful I got to taste a chicken big Mac .

It is astonishing that McDonald’s does not have a feature on their app to advise customers when they are out of a specific product such as frappucinos. I have come to this location a handful of times to be advised that they do not have Frappuccinos and that they are not able to refund me as I placed my order on the app. When attempting to get a refund through the application as I was told by the manager, I was told by a representative on the app that I could only get a refund at the store. McDonald’s just doesn’t want to lose out on the money but is willing to compromise on their customer service.

Unfortunately, about 50% of the time, I am missing something from my order. Be sure to check your bag before pulling away. Sandwiches can sometimes be a little messy as well. Wait times vary but are normally pretty quick (as long as people remember to use the double order lane).

Horrible service they missed 2 sandwiches in the order and when I returned for them I was given 2 sandwiches that where not correct when I told the red headed Cuban bimbo at the front desk that the sandwiches are not plain as I requested she replied to my face that yes they are plain obviously being completely wrong as I had just opened them both and lifted the bun and had everything on them she then took the 2 sandwiches back that I had touched and placed them back on the rack of orders to go out and handed me 2 new sandwiches this place is disgusting allowing employees to contaminate and then sell back the food to another client also had no straws for my sodas and the entire staff from lowest employee to the shift manager all appear to be 12 years old no adult supervision in this location do not eat here

Very good food, but when I went a few days ago last weekend I saw a short employee, I guess she was a manager, yelling and insulting the employees among whom it seemed like there were minors, very bad atmosphere, no I would like to be in the shoes of those employees with that tyrant
