My whole family loves frozen yogurt, we frequent Homestead location but unfortunately last week we were there in the afternoon, it was super crowded, some of us went and bought ice cream for the second time. My 8 year old girl wanted more and when she went to the machine the lady told her that first she had to pay to take more from the machine which makes no sense since they charge according to the weight. I accompanied my daughter to the machine so she could get what she wanted while the lady signaled to the cashier to watch us. I felt super bad more for my girl than for me. I complained to the employees and he said yes, that's it. It was true that they had done it because there were children who ate ice cream without paying. What a horrible experience that those people gave me that justification, no one has to feel like a criminal or a thief, least of all a child accompanied by his family. Really disrespectful people , they where laughing about it like it was a joke.

Ok. I love Menchies. This is my place to stop when I'm driving back to the Keys. HOWEVER! As of the last few months they have decided not to turn on the heater for the HOT fudge and caramel toppings. Sorry, for some it's about the toppings... please turn back on the heat... pls.

With all the money the company makes they should invest in putting umbrellas for the outside tables since it’s 96 degrees with sun outside in the and there is usually no room inside to sit because the few people that fit inside take up all the tables and chairs .

I came in yesterday the store was clean the workers greeted me at the door with a “ hello welcome to menchies ” with smiles on their faces. I would recommend coming here to my family and friends , they were so nice and understanding and didn’t give me a problem at all 10/10 love menchies ?

Ice cream is always good, but service lately has been a disappointment. We always come here. Barely any flavors were working today, place very dirty with 3 people working. Today, we got there 25 min before closing and they were literally cleaning on top of us. We sat outside and as soon as it was 10 pm, a girl with an attitude came out and said "we are closed! " Usually any other place they give people a couple of minutes for you to leave . It is not like they were ready to leave, they were still cleaning inside.
