Today i came into Menchies with my children and it was super clean and the girls that were there while i walked in smiled and greeted me at the door. They were fast workers and were super nice at check out. i loved the customer service , and they were very helpful. These four ladies I saw today made me and my children experience amazon. Would absolutely come again.

Saturday 02/24 at approximately 4:50pm.The floor was very dirty & black, there was topping all over the floor, the toppings area was mixed & messy, some toppings were empty. There were 4 employees in total that I saw. 2 at the register & 2 in the back. The two employees at the register did not greet anyone who walked in, they did not assist at all, they were talking and giggling instead of cleaning or refilling the toppings. When I went to check out, one of the girls on the register had no idea what she was doing . She was definitely not meant for customer service. If it wasn’t for my kids who wanted to eat there I would have left. I was truly disgusted at how messy the floor, tables & chairs were. & what was even more disturbing was how the toppings were all mixed together . Very unprofessional.

They don't have condensed milk at this location. There's a Navarro a couple of stores down, zero excuses.

Employee Rosney was very rude. customer service here was not a successful trip I was not greeted at the door just stared upon . As I was grabbing for sample cups after asking and no one offered I went and grabbed them myself as I grabbed them employee Rosney squeezed my fingers in between the container and snatching away .
