As my wife and I were driving through South Florida, we were in the mood for some good Guatemalan food. After doing a Google search, we found a couple of options in the area. The first place we found was closed, but we stumbled upon Mi Bella Guatemala restaurant as our second choice. Even though it had a 3.8 rating, we decided to give it a try.
We placed our order, eagerly awaiting our food. When the food arrived, the marinated ribs my wife ordered were the first to appear. He kindly allowed me to try a prime rib, which tasted too stale as if it had been cooked several days ago. The rice was acceptable, the black beans tasted bad like shucos.
Shortly after they served me the pata broth, which had no flavor at all. The paw was disappointingly hard, looking like it was chewing on a piece of rubber. Unfortunately, we were only able to consume a third of our meals due to their unpleasant nature.
I never imagined that I would have to write a negative review about a restaurant in my home country. However, this place really deserves it. It is clear that they need to hire a cook who has knowledge of Chapina food. Unfortunately our experience was very unpleasant and we left with a bad taste of the food from our land.

A quiet place with delicious food ? and friendliness
The service was very bad, the food was terrible, they gave me the chicken and the reheated potatoes as if they were from several days ago, it's sad that in order to improve they have damaged the service, the waitresses were never good but now they are worse...I don't recommend it, it's not a good experience and it was loyal customer but with what happened never again.

Good evening to all the staff and owner of my beautiful Guatemala restaurant, I have witnessed the growth of this business in its beginnings, the food is spectacular, the service is more or less little experience in serving customers. Since then I have been a loyal customer. I recently went to eat again as usual. and the food was not of the same quality. I ordered chicken and fries, which were served with tortillas. That dish is very popular in Guatemala. The food arrived 20 hours later and the tortillas were reheated in the Mccrowey tortillas, probably from the day before. I told him so and he didn't. There is nothing about it, in my humble opinion, they should maintain the quality of the typical dishes that characterize us in Guatemala. They should have more staff since apparently they do not have experience in serving customers. I give them one star, not to cause them harm, but to stop them. Well, a business stays standing through the comments, whether positive or negative, since that makes the service and quality of the place better every day. For now, I will not return, I get a bad impression, nothing to do with the beginning, any business should to improve and not get worse for the sake of the owners, I hope you take into account every comment left here so that we can continue improving, good luck and blessings.
