Ordered from Uber eats , pizza came destroyed, all Uber gave was credit of $3 , called the pizza shop there response was oh well , they didn’t even offer for me to bring in and exchange, I order from them all the time , not no more.Update: Uber ended up giving me a full refund a day later , this restaurant is lacking customer service , I had to order from somewhere else that night due to how damaged the pizza arrived, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

Completely mediocre and average pizza for upstate NY and I mean that as a complete compliment for Mike's in Homestead. I have never had a Pizza in Florida that I didn't think frozen store bought was better. Mike's pizza was passable even by NY standards and that is saying a lot. If you are from the northeast you won't be wow'd but this is as good a pizza as I have had while in Florida.

We order from Mikes A LOT... theyre walking distance away. The pizza is probably some of the best i've had living in Florida, very very close to real NY pizza. The chesesteaks are, ok. I just ask for no onion & peppers. They use red onion, which dont taste right for this sandwich & they dont sweat them down like a philly cheese. in fairness, they dont claim them to be a philly cheese either. Their wings are pretty darn good!! Theyre not the tiny little wings like Papa Johns. Calamari is great, the mac & cheese bites as well. We've ordered a decent part of the menu & other than the cheesesteak preference, for my taste, zero complaints. They are a little pricey, but so is McDonalds at this point & everything else

I ordered a lunch special 2 slices cheese pizza and keylime pie. It was delivered and looked like someone turned box upside down and sat on it. All cheese embedded into cardboard box. Then the keylime pie was cheesecake. I called about receiving a credit or refund after waiting on phone 20 min and being put on hold 3 times I was told the manager would not come to phone and he would not do anything to rectify the situation. I was told to call the company Slice which is who they use for deliveries. I'm a nurse manager and customer service is everything to me. This is horrible customer service. If you can't take the time to talk to your customers.....management is wrong field for you.

Just called at 10:30 to order food for delivery which on here it says open until 11, it doesn't say open until 11 but stop delivering at 10:30. He says I'm not delivering and I physically asked him if the reason your not delivering is because it's too late isn't it, he actually told me yes. Not cool at all.

Super close pizza place to home so we decided to try it out. The first time we ordered we had a cheese pizza and it was to die for. This time we got the Hawaiian which was delish but a little greasy, amazing cheese pull tho. The Sicilian was okay, the sauce tasted kinda burnt but the amount of cheese and dough ratio was phenomenal. They have a variety of items on the menu so I will be back to try more! The workers were very attentive and kind while ordering and picking up the food. They have an enormous dining area for a hole in the wall pizza joint!
