Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This Olive Garden is the best I've ever visited. The layout and brightness of the restaurant make it very inviting. The food was good and the service was outstanding. Muriel was a great server. Would recommend and would consider again if in the area.

I was hoping to enjoy like 5 plates of soup but I got stuffed after the 2nd one. My server was such a sweetheart and always checked on me to sure I was ok! Would definitely come again ◇

The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant was very convenient to our hotel. We stopped in for an early dinner and were very pleased. The atmosphere is casual but nicely done. Our food was very good and served nice and hot. The children gnocchi soup is one of my favorites. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Service was awesome! I mean awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience within a restaurant.

Unfortunately, the food was horrendous. I honestly don't know how you could call yourself an Italian restaurant. There's really nothing italian about it maybe besides the wine? All I know is, the food is extremely over Americanized. Felt sick and bloated after the appetizer. Main course didn't d9 any justice.

But let me add once again, customer service is on lock 🔐

The food was excellent and the service was great. The only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5, it's because there was an odd odor. I think it may be the carpet.

I am not one to leave reviews but today’s experience has changed that. Our server Anyah S. was the sweetest server i’ve ever had ANYWHERE. She was polite, friendly and overall extremely attentive with our order. Kudos to her!

We dined at this Olive Garden earlier today, a party of 12-15 and we had a great experience. The hostess was amazing, she immediately sat our group with no problems and even accommodated the area for my 10 month old baby. The wait staff was also amazing, very attentive and so polite. Honestly this was the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a very long time. I live in Miami and would go out of my way to go to this Olive Garden again because of the great experience. The food was great as well!

I usually come and get the great service as usual but this Monday has been the worst service I’ve ever seen. My family and I all ordered the endless pasta and it’s not my first time getting this special; and nor was it a busy Monday. First error was that my husband drink was flat and waitresses didn’t even offer to switch it nor apologized for the inconvenience, once my husband told her to switch it she didn’t bring him another drink till our main entrees came out. Second was breadsticks that come with the soup never brought until another waiter was addressed about it. Third error in my opinion if a customer orders the endless special waiter should be attentive as possibly which my waitress passed by our table ask only twice the whole experience for any refills or anything else which I had to repeat about all missing either food or drinks that was never brought. Unfortunately my visit today was the worst.

It is a place where you can spend a nice meeting with friends or family, it is elegant and the waiters serve well.
