Went to this location for the first time and after waiting 45 minutes after placing order still no dinner decided to just pay for salads and leave. Manager/owner came by with dinners and apologized for the delay and not only took care of entire bill but also asked us to come back by giving us a gift card. Great customer service and very nice of her. Will definitely give them try. Food was good also.

Today we came in for a birthday party for my dear friend. We were 11 persons and we were greeted with urgency and served with care! Lindsey was our server and she paid excellent attention to detail, honored our requests & kept drinks coming all night. The outback in homestead is amazing, excellent ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Such a horrible experience. Got there around 6:20pm had to wait 20 minutes to sit down (which is fine if the restaurant was full but it was empty and we could see empty booths available for us). When we finally did sit down it took about 10-15 minutes for anyone to approach us. They did advise that the kitchen was about 30 minutes to behind to bring food out. The kids food came out within 20 mins. But by 8pm when we still hadn’t received our meal we were ready to go. Had to call the manager who finally went to the back to get our food and pack it to go. The worst part is we would have been patient and understanding if our server was at least polite. She was rude and stalking around with a nasty attitude. That just made the experience 10 times worse. First and last time going there.
