Everytime I have been there it's been a horrible experience. The women there do not acknowledge you until like after 5 to 7 mins have passed by whenever I go pick up an order. Everytime I do order they never have something that I ordered or its not finished. This last time I went that didn't have anything that I ordered and didn't even notify that they didn't have it. All of the women there all they do is chit chat too much and not enough customer service . Never going there again.

Everything was very clean, the food was very fresh and the service was super.

Bad service in everything, terrible, a lot of delay and little attention, the women who work, they don't even serve you, they leave you waiting for a long time of all the bakeries that I have been to, this is the worst one in homestead, horrible service, even a cockroach, oh, be careful with the food you prepare

Best services ever had . We order by cashier and all staff super attentive, the restroom super clean and floors also. We recommended the place any time we join they are busy but also the Manager helping guest . Thanks all staff supper attended. Holiday season the best food .

I love the place...the food, the coffee, the only bad thing is the delay, sometimes the girls can't cope between the online orders and the customers to serve, it's a shame because you don't have time to wait so long in a line , especially if you are working.

I think one star is too much for the terrible service. You see them talking and it takes three hours for them to serve you. Finally, you have breakfast at 11 in the morning. They see you standing there and they don't bother to serve you. At least I won't come back again.

It is the best Cuban bakery that I have ever been to. Ania is phenomenal, you couldn't have a better employee. She is hard working, professional & super sweet

Everything is very delicious but it is inexplicable that it is 24 hours and there is never coconut cake at night until 5 am, like many other things I do not understand if they cannot provide many services or they do not want to work

Do not waste your time and money in this place. Rude older woman had no patience when I was looking over the menu, and I paid 8 dollars for a milkshake to my kid - which was pure sugar, with a really thin consistency. I didn't want to leave a tip but the way it's set up at the cashier, it's impossible not to.
And you, lady with that nasty fake black hair, if you move to a different country, learn the language (I did it), instead of rolling your eyes and speaking only Spanish.
