I order last Friday and my delivery took over an hour. I received a coupon for a free large pizza. This week I tried to use the coupon online and it was invalid. I called to place the order over the phone, the person who answered the phone said the manager said : “ there ain’t nothing we can do”. Not very friendly place.
This store cancels customers orders without notifying them, and claims to have left voice messages cancelling said order when we clearly have proof that there was no voice message left. Horrible customer service, and horrible manager. Manager did not care about our bad experience. This has happened to us several times, and it is unacceptable. Recently made an order online and 45 min later they call me to say my order was cancel cause they don’t deliver before dark 7:00 pm REALLY !!!???? I always place an order even at 9:00 pm and get my order deliver ! The reason was Cause the manager said !!! This manager doesn’t now how to run a business !
