If I wanted Cuban pizza I would have gone to the Cuban pizzeria. I ordered pan pizza and I don't know what happened to the recipe that they changed it. They gave me an extremely thick pizza with a sweet dough that taste like bakery bread. It’s very disappointing because I've been ordering pan pizza all my life and this doesn't taste like pan pizza. Someone changed the recipe and that’s very wrong.

Pizzas delayed in the soda order and it does not arrive calls and they leave you in line because the manager is not there! I never order from them again.

There is a Venezuelan lady working here who should be sent to her country tomorrow because she is rude, terrible at customer service on the phone, she doesn't know how to charge with a card, she alters the prices.

Giving this Pizza Hut one star. Just ordered and they didn't even knock or ring the doorbell to let us know it was here. Instead the dropped it off on the chair (during the rain) and just left it there. I called, whomever I spoke to couldn't even comprehend the situation, barely spoke English. Just told me to call tomorrow and speak to the store manager. He didn't even understand that I was asking for the managers name to speak to her. This isn't just a $5 pizza.

Horrible experience I ordered from this location and paid a delivery fee because I have a leg injury and needed something to come to my door . I received a call from the store saying delivery guy is on his way you may come down then I asked “ dont you guys bring it up to the door “ I was responded yes and hung up on . Once delivery guy got here he called me and told me to go down to pick up my order i told him i needed it delivered to my door that’s why I paid almost $6 of delivery fee and he said I have 10 other pizzas I have to deliver I can’t go up didn’t the store call you ? Then I said yes but I said I needed it to come up and he said I’m going to call them myself and hung up on me . I then called the store and requested to speak to the manager in regards to the situation and she did not come to the phone she just told the person who answered to tell
Me the refund was made and it takes up to 48 hrs to reflect with out even coming to the phone I’m very disappointed to say the least !

The only thing extra I ordered was a basil pesto drizzle on my cheese pizza, and didn't even get it. The boneless wings were barely tossed in the sauce. Pure laziness and/or incompetence. Next time I'm spending my money on pizza from a Mom and Pop shop. Very disappointing Pizza Hut.

My particular experience with this (store, business, pizzeria) I don't know what to call it, the service is terrible, very bad, on several occasions I have had problems with orders. I order they tell me 35 to 45 minutes and it takes 2 hours and when I call they tell me if I decide it is on its way. Last night I ordered pizza at 10:00 pm, at 10:45 I called to ask about my order. They told me that my order was with the diver. 11:30 I called and he told me he was on his way. At 12:00 I called and they told me that they had no communication with the delivery. What if I wanted to cancel and order from another business? He canceled my order after two hours of waiting and told me that they would refund my money in 5 to 7 days. I consider it a lack of respect. It happened to me again in that same place. I ordered but that time I said I would pay cash. It arrived at 12:00 at night and they didn't answer the phone again and my order never arrived. Again I ordered just as much delay. I called and they gave me a cheap excuse, I went out in my car and bought food and after I was back and ate it opened, the pizza arrived. The service was very bad and the attention was very bad.

I placed in order on the app. I had enough points to get a free medium pizza. So I ordered it and an addition large pan pizza. They called me once to let me know they ran out of pan pizza and they cancelled my full order. I called this location and requested to speak to a manager. He was extremely rude on the phone and hung the phone up in my face. I called back like three more times and manager continued to hang up in my face. I’ve been eating here for over 10 years. Moving forward, I will not eat or order from this location. Very unprofessional
