I love ordering online and hate calling the store they don’t know how to take a simple order.today app an website were Dow I just received my pizza which I specify to be with Parmesan garlic sauce because my husband is allergic to it. They sent me marinara pizza and the worse quality ever. I keep calling and asking to be transferred to the store and they keep hanging up on me. I won’t order from Pizza Hut ever again.

The staff at this pizza hut was not very helpful. I had to make 2 trips to get one pizza and an order of wings. Additionally, the staff is not familiar with how the pizza hut rewards program works.

The items I ordered were incorrectly made! Also one item wasn't available. The food was cold and disgusting! Don't shop at this pizza hut you'll regret it! There are plenty of other better pizza options in Homestead.

The pizza they sent me was hard like a cardboard box. I called and spoke with the shift manager who did nothing to compensate for the poor quality of food they sent. The call dropped, when I called back and asked to speak with the same person I just got off the phone with, they said he was on the phone, and put me on hold. He answered, hung up. I called back and they bounced the call around , I asked for the name of the shift mananger, they did not want to give it to me. The pizza was horrible and the breadsticks are more like BRICK STICKS . it was hard , if you took a bite into it you could risk chipping a tooth.Customer service is the worst!!! They dont care about the consumer. I intent to sue!

PIZZA HUT store at 3324 NE 7th Street, Homestead, FL 33033, sure ruined our night. Waited for more than 2 hours after placing the order, no delivery, my guest left without any food. Never again. The so called apology was that the driver didn't speak English so couldn't understand the manager's directions. Very disappointed.
