I’m super upset with the cashier. His behavior with us was terrible. My 2 years old touched the wet sign and the cashier started yelling at us. We went there two times and I noticed their attitude and customer service is very very bad.

I was a little hesitant to stop by because of the ratings but decided to give it a try since I was craving a poke bowl and this was the closest spot. I’m so glad I did! The place is very clean with a cute, modern aesthetic. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient.
The poke bowl had tons of options to customize. I picked 2 proteins, 6 toppings, 3 sauces, and 2 garnishes and felt like I had plenty of variety. The bowl was huge, fresh, and very filling. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I’d definitely come back and would love to try the bubble tea next time too!

I like the place, but the staff's attitude is bad. They don't have good customer service. The girl with blonde hair and glasses is very rude. My daughter was talking to her, asking her something about the food, and this person didn't even look at her. I think it's a big problem for us who spend our money there.

Clean and nice place. Teas are too sweet or taste like dirty water. Respectfully, asian staff can't communicate well in English or at all, so use the electronic screen to order. I went with a friend that's a bobba tea fanatic and she didn't like it at all.

Food is great! Lots of options and very authentic ingredients. The problem is the guy in the counter thinks customers go in to listen to his loud phone conversation's. Service is not bad but this guy will go around the entire eating area on his earbud having long entire conversations while customers are eating. It is extremely disrespectful & it’s saying to customers don’t eat inside.
I went there just by passing by the store next door. The pictures on the window looked tempting, so I decided to give their food a try. I walked in and was reviewing the menu. Two workers were present one looked at me and continued with his work. One customer just left with their order. one other customer was waiting. I continued to wait. After a while, I asked how long have you been here? I received what appeared to be a slight attitude. The worker advised three months. I advised him the proper thing to do was to address his customers when they walk in the door, to show appreciation to someone wanting to spend money at their establishment. Then I left. A simple welcome, we'll be with you soon or something to acknowledge their customers. I see so far their review score is low. I refuse to give my money where it is not appreciated or treated with simple customer service.
