Sick and tired of dry chicken, debauchery in the back where I know damn well everyoneās cousin that just came is cooking and the foods crap. Tired of the bs of getting burnt chicken and overcooked rice. Enough is enough. Thereās no need for everyoneās tia and tio to work here and have garbage quality products be thrown out.

The food was good, typical Pollo Tropical. The staff was pleasant and the wait time minimal. However, the lady cleaning the tables was using a spray bottle labeled glass cleaner, the liquid was blue resembling Windex, and it smelled like glass cleaner. A quick search said the Department of Health recommends against using glass cleaners on food-contact surfaces. That is why this location was given less stars.

The manager was sooo mean in service her shift was around noon and 2 pm today December 24 /24 with t shirt dark green , she seems doing a training with some body else person on training purposes doesnāt even know about cashier job, she also didnāt understand the order being also very rude with me both together the manager on duty was telling me if i donāt understand English being kind of a discrimination with clients for things clients even donāt understand whatās going on with coworkers arenāt doing well the task supposed to do inside the job area completely disrespectful and disorganized

After waiting 10 minutes to place an order to which no one even attended to tell you to wait a moment, we continued to the window to see if they would attend to us, the girl who is there now 12/18/2024 at 10 am, with her bad attitude she said that we couldn't order there when she wasn't even able to respond when we said hello and she was back there for 10 minutes, she wanted us to do the same again line
Take along time for the food and then the chicken is raw not a good combination.

Online pick-up order fhrough their website. Ordered a 1/2 platter with chicken black beans and rice then ordered a side of black beans and a side of rice. Stated in both the description/notes sections to drain the beans. The smaller one came with less than half the container with beans and the rest juice. There are no beans in the side I ordered. Maybe half a bean. Didn't get a chance to check it until I got home. So disappointed. I used to love PT but, being that this isn't a rare occurence, I don't think I'll be coming to this location or any of the other locations anymore. Half the container, I wouldn't like it but it's an easy mistake. Zero beans in a container I specifically asked to have drained, unacceptable. On top of that, waiting to speak wifh anyone when I come to pick up an order and have multiple people walk by or tell me "One moment" or "one second" and I'm there for fifteen minutes just to ask someone about my pick-up when it isn't busy up frontāno line or one person in lineāis annoying as well qnd even still I was willing to wait since I don't know what's going on with the delivery orders or drive thru. But I paid my money to get beans and only got bean juice. This was supposed to be my lunch for two days. I wasted money and time. Sucks.
