The manager was sooo mean in service her shift was around noon and 2 pm today December 24 /24 with t shirt dark green , she seems doing a training with some body else person on training purposes doesn’t even know about cashier job, she also didn’t understand the order being also very rude with me both together the manager on duty was telling me if i don’t understand English being kind of a discrimination with clients for things clients even don’t understand what’s going on with coworkers aren’t doing well the task supposed to do inside the job area completely disrespectful and disorganized

After waiting 10 minutes to place an order to which no one even attended to tell you to wait a moment, we continued to the window to see if they would attend to us, the girl who is there now 12/18/2024 at 10 am, with her bad attitude she said that we couldn't order there when she wasn't even able to respond when we said hello and she was back there for 10 minutes, she wanted us to do the same again line

Online pick-up order fhrough their website. Ordered a 1/2 platter with chicken black beans and rice then ordered a side of black beans and a side of rice. Stated in both the description/notes sections to drain the beans. The smaller one came with less than half the container with beans and the rest juice. There are no beans in the side I ordered. Maybe half a bean. Didn't get a chance to check it until I got home. So disappointed. I used to love PT but, being that this isn't a rare occurence, I don't think I'll be coming to this location or any of the other locations anymore. Half the container, I wouldn't like it but it's an easy mistake. Zero beans in a container I specifically asked to have drained, unacceptable. On top of that, waiting to speak wifh anyone when I come to pick up an order and have multiple people walk by or tell me "One moment" or "one second" and I'm there for fifteen minutes just to ask someone about my pick-up when it isn't busy up front—no line or one person in line—is annoying as well qnd even still I was willing to wait since I don't know what's going on with the delivery orders or drive thru. But I paid my money to get beans and only got bean juice. This was supposed to be my lunch for two days. I wasted money and time. Sucks.

Wer wohl nicht spanisch spricht, wird hier verzögert rangenommen. Bei der Bestellung fehlte der Burrito vollkommen. Bei der Nachbestellung und drei Kunden später wurde der falsche zubereitet. Die ursprüngliche Bestellung wurde ganz vergessen, so daß wir nach 15 min nochmal darauf aufmerksam machen mussten. Insgesamt hatte man das Gefühl nicht willkommen hier zu sein.

I stopped going because my order was wrong. Tried it again same results. Just went yesterday and the meat looked like it was the last on the bone. I was too far gone. I tried to do a survey the system was slow. I see not one of me in there it's been like that for years. Only good enough to eat from there but not work

So here we go again all I wanted was a tropichop with just black beans and chicken that's it and because not one employee spoke or uttered a word consistent of basic English they sent the person in charge to relay that they don't make a meal like that mind you I've gotten this same meal 3 other previous Pollo's with no haggle also the other stores had a mix of employees that didn't speak English and they got the job done! Shame on you Pollo to only point out your CC email

There was a lot of bean juice and not enough beans. The chopped chicken for the salads were very old and tough to chew. Hardly any beans or bean. Sauce on the Tropi-chop. The white meat is extremely dry. The best check to get is the leg quarter or dark meat, the breast and wing are very dry, and the wing is almost always burnt.
