This place is inconsistent and always missing items from your order. They seem not to be checking or read the orders correctly. I said to myself that I will never come to this location but I ended up coming here because is the closets one to my house. They need to train their staff better or the better yet, the manager on duty needs to ensured that all orders are correct before handing them to the drive thru customers.

I recently dined inside this Pollo Tropical and had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with the brand. The food quality was poor, the kitchen staff engaged in unsanitary practices that appeared far below OSHA standards, and customer service was unacceptable.
The dining area was also being used by homeless individuals to sleep, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. This location is giving Pollo Tropical a very bad name and does not reflect the standards of quality or cleanliness associated with your brand.
I strongly recommend that corporate leadership conduct an inspection and take corrective action immediately.

I visited on 07/26/25 and ordered a 1/4 chicken meal-dark meat, rice & beans...my meal was good. 07/27/25, I wanted to try the Quesadilla wrap so I ordered it with a large chicken soup..the outside of the container of what the soup was in was so dirty, it had a dried piece of something stuck on the side of it, I was soo disgusted that I could not eat it. I normally visit this location, now I have mixed feeling about it, I may not return.
