I went through the drive-thru and brought a whole chicken dinner home for the family. The cost was about $22. There were four pieces of chicken -two legs and two breast pieces with the wing. The two legs were edible but a little dry. The two breast pieces were inedible. Sauce would not have helped at all. We could not cut them and we could not even bite them. THEY WERE INEDIBLE!! They went to the trash and half my family had to eat something else. I remember when Pollo tropical was so good we looked forward to going and eating the juicy warm chicken. Those times are gone! You have lost a good customer! You gave a person in the drive-thru a chicken that had been sitting under the lights for days probably. It was harder than wood! Shame on you! In addition to that, the portion of beans was supposed to be for a family and there was maybe one portion of actual beans in the container. The rest was very thin juice. Shame on you again!

I mean.. just look at the reviews. We’re all experiencing the same POOR, unprofessional customer service from this location. At this point, they should either hire an entire new team with basic customer service training or just shut it down. Every time we come here, there is an issue. Whether we order in the drive thru and they miss items in the bag or we order for pick up and end up having to sit and wait 15 min there AFTER the given “pick up time.” The manager is rude and doesn’t even let you finish your sentence before cutting you off if you are missing items. I think this was the last straw— no more Pollo Tropical for me! Smh

Just placed an order for pick up and I’m missing cheesy yuca bites ! Everytime I order I’m always missing an item. It never fails. I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone helped me for a to go order just to get home and have missing items.

I have lunch there regularly, I love Cuban food, but I most like the attention of the people, people like the guy who sometimes serves the drive thru (I don't know his name) and Mrs. Lourdes (who has served me several times ) make lunch more enjoyable.

Unfriendly women who don’t greet you, just zero hospitality. Then I had to park and wait an additional 10 minutes because they don’t want to “mess up their time”. Then they bring me a skimpy meal, and forget to include the sauces I ask for. Just shitty all around. But it’s Miami, my fault for expecting anything good

Waited 40 minutes exactly in the parking lot after they told me to wait about 10 minutes. They forgot to come outside to bring my food had to walk in there few times to complain about my food. Very unacceptable to make someone wait 40 minutes for a damn boneless chicken breast.
