Great food and service

Honestly terrible and tasteless. I’m sticking with Dave’s Hot Chicken.

Unfortunately, my food was served cold through the drive-thru. The customer service was great, but the meal quality did not meet expectations due to the temperature of the food.

Nicole at the drive through was amazing! Great customer service, great conversation! Just amazing over all, and super sweet. I hope we get her everytime we come and order! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 she needs a raise asap.

This was a clean restaurant. We were greeted promptly and we're provided with.It didnt take long for our meals to arrive. Unfortunately for me, that is where it ended. It looked tasty... but not for me. The first French fry I bit into was pale and undercooked. In fact, only a few fries had enough crisp to be cooked throgh and fully edible. My experience may be different if they were cooked more. I had a chicken sandwich with my meal. There was so much sauce slathered that it was dripping. The breading was tasteless. The chicken was slightly moist, yet oddly stringy. I failed to see what the hype is about and won't be back.

The service was extremely fast and professional. Made you feel like you were in a legitimate restaurant with workers coming by to ask how your food is. They only make a few items, but they perfect those items. Definitely would recommend for a quick tasty bite to eat.

As a european I had high expectations based of their social media cult like following. Bought a box combo. Tenders were mid and so were the fries, just like any other tender and fries combo. Bread was very bad, it has a very fake and synthetic taste. The sauce on the other hand is good. Service was nice, food was out almost instantly.

Melissa was amazing , I love her energy. She really broke down the menu and calmed my girlfriend when she realized there was no milkshakes. She deserves a raise for her extraordinary customer service skills.

Tasteless chicken, but always fresh. I would go back only for the lemonade, it's pretty good, not too tart.

Raising Cane's is blowing the competition away. The chicken is always spot on, and the crinkle fries are always done right. Even the coleslaw taste way better. You just get better quality for the same price compared to any of their competitors.
