Food was great, well done. Shrimps were not burned or smelled burned. Great service

The service is awful. I mean it's really, really bad. Waited over ten minutes after being seated, twenty minutes to get my beer, and I'm sitting here now, wondering how long before I see my food. A couple across the way is complaining to the manager about how long it's taking. This place is empty by the way, it's not busy, so there's no reason for the poor service. Homestead Red Lobster. Franchise owner of you're reading this, step up!

My wife and I had a great experience about a month ago. We went back a week after our first experience and left super disappointed. Our food was all cold with hot plates which in the restruant business means that it was sitting in the window for a long time. Our server was in training and the person who was supposed to be teaching him was nowhere to be found. We returned today with one more try to give because we were craving crab legs (that we had ordered the previous visit but the server forgot them) and there biscuits. We sat in the entry area for 15 minuets alone with no one greeting us. Finally two servers came to us and we asked to speak to a manager. One of the girls made a gesture while walking away and muttered a statement under her breath. Awesome attitude.. when the manager came he was useless never apologized or even offered to fix the bad experience that we had already had by just walking into the building. Save your money and go anywhere else. Terrible service terrible staff super unhelpful management. And to note they had a dead lobster in their lobster tank.. hope this saves someone a headache and a terrible experience. If you want seafood drive a little bit and go to the keys or head to Miami.

The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is for the biscuits.Otherwise the meal I had isn't worthy of 1 star. Unfortunately Red lobster you dropped the ball on this one. I ordered the Alfredo with crab and an extra side of shrimp scampi.1st) There was barely any Alfredo sauce so the noodles were dry and flavorless.2nd) The crab meat was less than desirable. It tasted very fishy. Not sure if it was old, left out of temp for too long or just low quality.3rd) The shrimp scampi tasted like straight butter. Zero seasoning. After this experience I will not risk spending my hard earned money to be dissatisfied with another meal.

We visited the restaurant on a Friday night. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated we placed our order. An hour later we still had not received our food and noticed other patrons who were seated after we were receive their food. Our waiter was nowhere to be found so we got up and went to the front and asked for him. He came out and told us that our food was almost ready and that they were waiting on the broccolini to be cooked. Must have been some hard broccolini to hold up our food for an hour. We asked for our check to pay for the drink we had and he told us the manager said don’t worry about it. Obviously someone forgot our meal and it was not ready to be served. Worst experience ever. We will not be back. How can you leave a customer waiting an hour for their meal.

We went here for lunch. It was quiet and clean. Fast service.

No complaints! We came on Sunday night. Had a great waitress and food was pretty good! We had the snow crab legs, lobster bisque with green beans and mashed potatoes on the side- all great

Do not go. Food is boring bland and bad and over priced. Went at 9:30and they didn't have half the stuff I wanted and what I got didn't have any pizzas. Ordered a lobster linguini(25$) Plain Alfredo soup with noodles and frozen lobster. No parsley watery sauce and I ordered a side house salad but they didn't don't have the tomato or dressing. Stay Away.!!!!!!

Service was absolutely great! Biscuits were fresh and tasty. We also ordered a few cocktails from the bar and they did not disappoint.

I'm visiting with friends from out of town and there were several concerns about this restaurant. When we were seated it took longer than usual to have a waiter/waitress to come to the table. While waiting, a table of 8 sat down and a waiter came right away. We had to ask for a server. Not only did the service continue to be poor but a large group sitting near us was loud and used excessive profanity. I spoke with the manager who offered to move us from the other group, but instead we asked that our food be packed to go because they were so loud and could be heard throughout the restaurant. She said ok and would get the food packed up right away. Please note that the group was never addressed by management. So the profanity, loud talking and derogatory statements continued. There were young children also present at this time. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out. Well needless to say, no one ever returned to our table (waitress or manager). So my party and I decided it was time to leave. As we exited the waitress finally walked out with a check and we told her we were no longer waiting. She turned around and went back to the back. The front staff asked if everything was ok and we all stated no and continued to our vehicle. I hate it turned out this way but if I am ever in the area again I will never step foot back into this establishment. The lack of service and the disruptive party was just too much to handle. Maybe this was an isolated incident but it definitely was not a good look for Red Lobster.

Overall red lobster is not necessarily anything special, except for their biscuits. Those delicious, melt in your mouth, cheesy pieces of bread would make me come back a million times. This location has been updated and look relatively well kept. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was brought out really fast. The clam chowder was delicious, and I will definitely be getting it again. Overall it is a solid restaurant choice!

I went to celebrate my son's graduation. ALL of the employees were extremely nice and personable. The food was delicious as well. Overall 5/5 experience today.

This is without a doubt the worst food I've ever eaten. I would rather eat bagged tuna and ketchup soup for a month again on a submarine than EVER eat here. You couldn't pay me enough to risk getting scombroid here. I should've known half the lobsters in the tank being dead was a red flag, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Don't be like me.The crab cake wasn't cohesive. It somehow tasted both freezerburnt AND rotten at the same time. The lobster alfredo was made with white cheddar powder instead of parm. I'm not even joking. It was revolting, I could've puked in it and made it taste *better*.The seafood stuffed mushrooms were overcooked, shriveled and just sitting with their water. Props though, they were at least edible unlike the rest of the food.

With COVID having establishment seating at lower capacity the service is beyond ridiculously SLOW - waitress not on top of her game. Wearing 2 inch finger nails while handling food. People walking away due to long wait time - need to teach wait staff how to hustle and turn tables.

Slow service by the time we got our food it was cold . I wanted baked potato they were out . . Had to ask for napkins, utensils. . Red lobster is not what it used to be.. not going back.
