I read the review and came to try El Trovador. The wait staff states their manager does not allow any dog, not even my service dog. And do not want to call the manager. They were advised by another restaurant patron, in Spanish, that it is the law for the service dog be able to attend me. They refused. I left.I do not recommend this restaurant, they feel they are above the law.

Best thing here is the food. Everything was delicious, tortillas home made, rice was amazingly good. Service is not their strong asset, but it was not bad either. Waitress could have been more attentive, but the food made up for her shortcomings. Parking is a little bit challenging as there are only about 8 parking spots. I would definitely go again soon.

Awesome and very good place. Food brought me back home, delicious fresh and very delicious. The staff is nice to talk to and they take your orders pretty good. I would certainly recommend. It’s a very very good hole in the wall, it will surprise you. First time I went was a bit hesitant and boy oh boy, they won me over. Love their tacos. The maduro empanadas with cheese or beans is delicious.

I order here about once a week or every other week and I order about 10-18 pupusas for me and my friend or family. But I will never buy from here again. I rather pay 2x the price for pupusas somewhere else! One time I made and order and this rude waitress said “oh are you the one that orders so much?!” Excuse me? 15 pupusas to you are a lot?! I never heard of a business not wanting profits! Today I came in they said my order would be ready on 40 min I come in the store 50 minutes later and my food wasn’t ready so I waited and I asked this lady for a update and she gives me attitude saying I’m going to charge this man first and then I’ll help you how does that sound to you?! With attitude! And my food was waiting there the entire time! I waited 30 extra minutes on top of the 50 minutes just for my food to just sit there. I was one of the first to arrive there and 5 people behind me. All of those 5 people paid and received their food first and I was the last to leave cause my food was just sitting there getting cold! They need new waitress cause you’re just going to keep losing business with waitress that hates their job so they give people attitude. So now I will take my money and order anywhere else but here!

Omg this place was a hidden treasure. So small and always packed. The pupusas come in 2 sizes, the large is huge, and are delicious. The tamal de elote with salvadorean cream is to die for. We found this place by accident and now it's our spot. Music is awesome, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. The only bad thing is parking. They are so busy and they are in a tiny parking lot that only fits 8 cars, carpool with your friends if you go in a group. I grew up eating pupusas and have tried places all over. Honestly none as delicious as these. Will continue coming back, hopefully they expand.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Since the first day I’ve sat and ate here I’ve gotten so much respect from the workers. First time I went there I was 9 years old. I currently went there for Mother’s Day (12 yrs now) and I order the same amazing dish, the pupusas<3I’ve always felt comfortable and at ease when at this place!! It’s amazing and I love it sm? and trust me these workers aren’t mean and if they are one day it’s because they just have had a hard day of work. They’re super kind!!! Please when u find lets say a hair in the food that completely fine don’t make a big deal out of it these people work really hard everyday to give u good service and good food. Everyone makes mistakes so pls show respect. I love you guys sm<333Parking: Parkings amazing! Just because it’s a small area it still fits very well.
