I recently dined at shivers barbecue in Homestead, Florida. This is perhaps the 20th time I have eaten at this location. I had the pulled pork, the corn soufflé, the fried pickle chips and banana pudding. This is definitely the best barbecue place around at least Miami and Homestead that I have been to. I recently visited this location with a friend from Texas and they were impressed, particularly with the brisket. There’s not much more say really except GREAT JOB SHIVERS....
Yes it's one of those places you go, intend to stay longer not only because of the food but the atmosphere. Although the food is what makes you forget about leaving. So delicious, you tend to start ordering, leaves you with that one more bite flavor on your tongue. Check it out for yourself.
