Sorry, but my taste buds are Cajun, and Southern cooking adapted. Must be properly prepared, and basted.This is a rebuttal to the reply from Smokehouse 191. Seasoning, and heat are two totally different things. Basting is a different technique. My opinion, my taste buds. Take it as an opportunity to try something new.

I decided to try the barbecue ribs and coleslaw and chili it was so good and I will order again. The service was great and the food was great. The coleslaw was outstanding
