We just stopped by to get some dessert. Very good hot fudge sundas. And my husband had some kind of turtle ice cream blast. He said it was delicious.

On top of the fact that they made me wait & attended the 2 cars behind me they missed a burger. They never provided the receipt! and when I went to go back in drive thru there were more cars .So I called their attention through the drive in & 2 employees came out only to tell me I have they never charged me for the burger and I needed to order it again through drive thru or drive in.. Always have issues here and never have complained but they need to do better. Especially their wait time!!! Food is great, unfortunately the service really sucks and is slow.

Used to go here a lot. Usually there’s a minor problem that’s not a big deal to me. No ketchup, no napkins, no straws. This happens consistently. Today there was no one in line or outside. It’s not busy. I give the cashier exact change and they couldn’t figure out how the change was supposed to come back to me. I asked for MORE ketchup when my order came to me. She told me to check the bag. No ketchup. I get home and one of the quarter pound DOUBLE cheeseburger was missing a whole beef Patty. I just sick and tired of the below average service for food that I can get cheaper elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I gotta give this five stars, for a simple fast food place it's much more to me. An amazing and beautiful view paired with the tasty food and friendly, well-mannered staff, makes this place my go to. Keep up the amazing work!
Check your food. They will charge and serve the wrong food. Nice people if you don't mind doing YOUR OWN quality control. Super annoying. Gotta do a full inspection before you make it home. C'mon, do better. Fries are NOT tots.
The service was terrible, the employee named Will claims he was a manager but was absolutely rude. He was very condescending and when simply asked if he could tell me the flavor of the slushies, I was met with and attitude as if I was nagging ot bothering him and refused to tell me and simply said "read the board to the right" as well as when asked ice cream flavors he said "ice cream" with a very blatant attitude. SONIC needs to do a better diligence at the hiring process your clients should be a priority we are not asking for favor we're actually spending our hard earned money in your store and we need to be treated fairly. Otherwise we will take our money somewhere else.

I came to grab a coffee and a sonic blast I had a very rude encounter with an employee I asked her if they were out of coffee in the back because it was watery and as a customer I did not want to drink that I kindly asked her if they were running out of coffee and to please remake it and Noelia the employee was very rude about it was rolling her eyes at me and giving me faces about just me asking her a question about my drinks.

HORRIBLE!!!!! 1 hour waiting !!!!! monday 5pm , I’m just leaving 6:02pm . After 40 min waiting we requested to cancel our order and get the money back. 20 min later nobody gave us our money back . By the way, the place is disgusting , sidewalk and parking lot . Manu with a lot of debris
