I had a very disappointing experience. My food was cold and my shake was watery. I sat outside waiting for quite some time with no one coming to assist me in getting my order. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told the manager, Stevie, said that my order could not be remade and that I could not receive a refund, and that I should call corporate instead. I was honestly surprised by the lack of customer service. I simply asked if my order could be remade, but I was immediately told nothing could be done. What was even more disappointing was that Stevie did not come out to speak with me directly to address the issue. Overall, I left feeling very sad and disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope this location can work on improving customer service and communication with guests in the

I went here recently and had a mobile order placed… waited 20 minutes for them to bring it out only to realize they most likely weren’t so I got in the drive thru line and had to pick it up in the line. Anyways I get up to the window and they want to start telling me they are out of ice cream which is the main reason we went so I asked for a refund. The cashier refused to issue me a refund (keep in mind these are like $10+ worth of ice cream) and then they start saying for the food they have it but it will take a minute (ok no problem) except it took literally 25 minutes to get 1 burger, 1 fry, 1 hot dog and a pretzel. I have never experienced such horrible service here and then the fact its literally fast food but we were waiting for like 45 minutes is beyond absurd.

NGL, I placed and order at Sonic with zero expectations and a pocket full of past trauma. Every time I’ve been there in the past, it was a total letdown. But 2026 Sonic is apparently on a redemption tour? The fries actually had a crunch, the mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull that wouldn’t quit, and that Smashburger? Two patties, perfectly balanced, and actually cooked well. For $6, this isn't just a meal—it’s the heist of the century. Best bargain in fast food right now, hands down.

Sonic in Homestead really hit the spot! The service was quick, the staff was super friendly, and everything we ordered came out fresh and tasty. It’s one of those places where you can just pull up, relax, and enjoy good food without any hassle. The drinks and slushes were perfect (as always!), and the burgers and sides were exactly what we were craving. The whole experience was easy, convenient, and enjoyable. If you’re in the area and want something fast, fun, and reliable, this Sonic definitely delivers.
Ordered a #1 with tots, ginger ale, and some sauces. When my food arrived there were no sauces and my ginger ale was straight carbonated water, so syrup. The burger and tots were goox though

love the food but this location i think is lying about closing time. they say they close at 1 but google says 2 am and when i cale’s they got mad and clicked on me. change your hours on google or operate like how you are supposed to.
