I had to come and give Chris 5 stars his level of customer service is unprecedented. Sometimes you speak to Baristas and they are not the friendliest and seem annoyed not Chris he was very sincere and helpful. I made a mistake on my order and he explained to me the difference and got it sorted out. Thank you Chris !

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a hot blonde vanilla latte with whipped cream. What I received was oily, missing the whipped cream, and had no stick topper to keep it warm or sanitary. I refused to drink it. This is basic attention to detail and quality control. Completely unacceptable.

I purposefully avoid this location due to poor service previously experienced here. I came her hoping for a change and let me say this... IT'S NOT ANY BETTER! The service here is absolutely unacceptable. It took 10 minutes to get my drink. The drive thru was not accessible due to police activity, so truly there was no excuse. Four different orders that were placed by the people behind me were made before mine. I hope someone from starbucks reaches out to me because I have pictures, I know that corporate has significantly higher standards than this nonsense!!

UPDATE: they have done a complete 180. One of my favorite Starbucks, now..lol

Complete garbage! The drive thru line was about a 25 minute wait. The cashier was super rude and didn't offer a receipt. On top of that they had no holiday pastries and made my drink wrong twice! If this was my first experience at Starbucks, I would never return. This was more like McDonald's than a Starbucks..

Customer service needs work. And if I’m buying a $11 drink- I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be remade because it’s missing the extras I paid for.

Parking: Parking is out front and can be chaotic but it’s not bad unless someone parks on the curb right out the door.

Kid-friendliness: All kids love Starbucks

Alvaro: I think I am an assistant at your company, because I am an Uber Eats and a door dasher. This morning I received very unprofessional treatment from a young, overweight Latina. She demanded that I confirm the order, but the policy for both of us is to make sure that the entire order is complete, I don't think I can continue with the delivery if I don't confirm, but I must make sure because our client should be satisfied with our work, that is, I try to make a team when I am allowed, the supervisor is very polite, although he disagrees With him, I recognize his professionalism because he allowed me to review the order within the establishment. Young people must be educated to believe in their neighbors

This is the second time they screw up on my coffee I even repeated it twice that I wanted cream and sugar and they gave me black dark coffee I don't even have cream at work.. then they request a tip at the drive-thru

I hate to have to leave a bad review :( I go here sometimes because I live across the street. I was really looking forward to the pumpkin seasonal items. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, waited 15 mins in line (which I didn’t mind too much). The girl at the window had no personality what so ever, not a hello, nothing, just told me my total. I even tipped a $1 to be nice. She hands me my drink and I hop right on the highway next to the store to get to work, I take my first sip and I immediately realized there was nothing cream about it, it wasn’t made properly. It tasted awful. So I tried calling the store three times since I was on my way to work, I didn’t have time to stop and go inside. Every time you call, it rings for a while then hangs up on you. I called Customer Service and they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t handed a receipt, and I didn’t pay with my Starbucks App (which I don't ever use). I just wanted my drink remade. I was really looking forward to drinking it lol.
