This is the worst Starbucks ever. Employees are not friendly and rude. I have been in the drive thru for a whole 6 minutes waiting to get my order taken. When I get to the window the worker doesn’t even acknowledge me. While I was waiting for my drink I noticed that the employees are nasty to each other. They even told me that they have a timer and it seems like they care about that more than my satisfaction.

They get your order right but this is legitimately the slowest Starbucks in the US. Get ready to wait forever for your order.

Mistakenly ordered the wrong drink with Coffee (Unfortunately, I cannot drink coffee) Immediately turned around and asked if they can change it manager and staff was extremely helpful and generously helped me make my drink without the caffeine. The customer service was absolutely impeccable!

UPDATE: they have done a complete 180. One of my favorite Starbucks, now..lol

Complete garbage! The drive thru line was about a 25 minute wait. The cashier was super rude and didn't offer a receipt. On top of that they had no holiday pastries and made my drink wrong twice! If this was my first experience at Starbucks, I would never return. This was more like McDonald's than a Starbucks..

This is ridiculous! I ordered on mobile app, payed and the locations manager was not there. I arrived at 5:50 am. Employees were waiting outside and told me to come later or go to another Starbucks and they will give me my food. So not only did they take my money I have to drive to another location 3 miles away and explain that the other locations manager has not opened the store yet and put another store in a situation where they have to decide if they want to give me my food or not! No thank you. I need my money back and I will be informing corporate

A male supervisor at this location was sarcastic and very rude on the phone today, saying if he knew the answer to my question he’d be working in the corporate office instead of the store… Plus said I can google the corporate number WOW! It seems like they’re putting anyone in supervisor/management positions now. He should’ve never been a supervisor! I’ll spend my money somewhere else 👌🏾

I had to come and give Chris 5 stars his level of customer service is unprecedented. Sometimes you speak to Baristas and they are not the friendliest and seem annoyed not Chris he was very sincere and helpful. I made a mistake on my order and he explained to me the difference and got it sorted out. Thank you Chris !

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a hot blonde vanilla latte with whipped cream. What I received was oily, missing the whipped cream, and had no stick topper to keep it warm or sanitary. I refused to drink it. This is basic attention to detail and quality control. Completely unacceptable.

I purposefully avoid this location due to poor service previously experienced here. I came her hoping for a change and let me say this... IT'S NOT ANY BETTER! The service here is absolutely unacceptable. It took 10 minutes to get my drink. The drive thru was not accessible due to police activity, so truly there was no excuse. Four different orders that were placed by the people behind me were made before mine. I hope someone from starbucks reaches out to me because I have pictures, I know that corporate has significantly higher standards than this nonsense!!

Customer service needs work. And if I’m buying a $11 drink- I shouldn’t have to ask for it to be remade because it’s missing the extras I paid for.

Parking: Parking is out front and can be chaotic but it’s not bad unless someone parks on the curb right out the door.

Kid-friendliness: All kids love Starbucks
