I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience during my visit to your location on July 10, 2025.
While waiting for my order in the drive-thru, I noticed that the wait time was extremely long, causing several cars to leave without placing their orders. When I inquired about the delay, the Shift Lead, Nick, suggested that if I didn’t want to wait, I could go to another Starbucks down the street.
As a loyal customer, I found this response quite surprising. I strongly believe Nick could benefit from additional customer service training to better handle such situations. It left me wondering if this is the level of service and support that dedicated patrons can expect. I truly enjoy Starbucks and appreciate the quality of your products, but I believe there’s always room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

Hi. i am a delivery driver of uber eats. I went today to pick up an order at this starbucks, it took than like 10 minutes to notice i was there standing waiting for someone that works there to at lease said good morning or something. When they finally saw me they ask me if i was picking up an order and with attitude.i been at this location a couple of times and is always the same. This message is to the owner of this place. Please please hired employees that cares about they’re job and the people that go buy at your starbucks. With out people buying you will run out of business and i like this starbucks i do. But we deserve better.

Rude customer service and they can never not put the pumps of sugar when you ask them not to. They don’t bother to look for any drink adjustments.

David and Erin were most helpful we always forget the size we want to the name Starbucks uses and they were most patient while we figured it out ?? in our defense we didn't hold anybody else up. It was a Thursday and we were the only customers . Thank you David and Erin

First, let me tell you something! As a retired traveler, I have visited many, I mean many, Starbucks locations. I have never enjoyed my visit more than I did today. The staff here during their shift (Erynn, Carlos and Gabriela) were wonderful. They were cheerful, and a pleasure to deal with. It's a breath of fresh air to be in the company of employees that really make the customers feel welcome and valued. I will always visit here when I'm in need of my Starbucks coffee. If you have the opportunity to come during their working hours, you may never be so well treated. Thanks Starbucks for putting this team together. Kudos!!!
