The “Store Manager” gave my order to an uber driver without checking it . The receipt clearly said in Big letters PICKUP and he has the audacity to say I’m not gonna waste my food . You just did buddy !! I canceled my order and got my refund . He refused to acknowledge that he messed up and argued with uber customer service when they called him in front of me to tell him how is it delivery with no address ?!? Make it make sense. Just say you messed up and redo my order hellooo .

These restaurant sucks, they do not deserve any stars, after 15 minutes waiting for one of the two girls that was there, finally started to made the sandwich to me but she was in a hurry and when the sandwich was almost done, she had the brilliant idea to ask if I want to eat there or to go due to the dinner area was closed but my family was sitting there and any sign indicated that., she stated that the dinner area was closed since 8 pm and the restaurant closed at 10:30 pm and I said to her that is too early and how it supposed to know that it was closed and she said that at 8 pm is only one person but it was two girls working there and it was almost 9 pm . I consider that this is a straight up disrespect to me, as a customer. That is not correct to happen due she must to permit the customer eat there and she can clean after it does not take more than half and hour to eat. I went there before and the blond lady was a very rude attitude and I never going to come back there again. Is the worst subway I had been ever

none of the employees knew english here. i sat down to eat my sub and after the phone rang a couple times a young blonde girl looks at me and comes up to me asking if i could pick up the work phone for her while i am eating because she didnt know english. i couldnt even eat my sub in peace because i was on the phone with a fustrated customer not knowing what to say hence i do not work there nor did the employee had the knowledge to give a response to the customer on the phone. i left very upset and had to finish my half eaten sub in my car.

Stay away from this place. I go to subway during work hours to save some money. But they clearly don’t do no promotions that other subways be doing . I was trying to get the 6 meal deal and they wouldn’t honor it because it has to be the sub of the day . And on the sign on the window it clearly says any sub . Oh well at least I was able to experience it and let everyone else know .

I walked in and I said hello in a cheerful manner and I get a “ would you please wait a minute “ by the young blonde girl in the counter , minutes went by the young girl with the dark hair took my order but was super dismissive , I wanted to order more but she kept saying ( is this all)? And I said yes a Diet Coke and she looked confused ; I wanted a fountain Diet Coke but she looked annoyed and pointed at the one inside the fridge, so I said well I really wanted the fountain drink but I’m going to make this easy and get the bottled one . Customer SERVICE WAS AWFUL ( the sandwich was cold ) so disappointing ‘ customer service is the most important thing . Gosh this was horrible !!!

Everything was very good but the same thing happened to me there that I have been seeing for a few months now in many businesses in Miami, very few or almost no employees to attend to the establishment and keep it clean, so much so that by reducing hours or staff, customers have when they arrive who sit to eat at tables already used by other customers and they leave and leave them dirty, but that in Miami is no longer a concern for fast food business owners, since I am already alerted and prepared, I always go with my sanitary pads to clean the table before sitting down, the moments we are experiencing here in Miami are painful and shameful.
