Very disappointing experience. I went to order a Footlong Nachos sub, like I’ve been doing for the past few days at other Subway locations, and asked for honey mustard—just like always. The woman who attended me rudely refused, saying I couldn’t add that sauce because it “doesn’t come with it.” I explained that every other place has added it when I asked, but she insisted. I ended up walking out and telling her I didn’t want the food. She just let me leave without caring at all. Total waste of my time. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I came April 5, around 2:30PM. There was a young man that seemed like new but was very nice. The cashier lady was was sweet also. The one that looked like she was in charge, skinny lady (spanish) had a very bad attitude. She was saying that if she gave me more lettuce (on a veggie delite) they the owners were going to yell at her (in spanish). Really bad presense and attitude. And she never changes her gloves... I also told her the lettuce was bad some parts were brown.. and she said thats how it came. I didnt tip because of her and i almost didnt even want the sandwich anymore just because of her terrible attitude. I will not be back to this one.

The manager liana was very rude to me on the phone because here is what happened I usually go to the subway next to my workplace in Michael's and I came there to find out I place my order in the wrong place so I called them letting them know I placed my order to them by mistake and I want to cancel it but the manager was brushing off my request and refused to give my money back and I wasn't lying when I said to her I already spoke to uber if they can cancel my order they end up telling me "if we go forward with the cancelation we will have no choice but to charge you the cancelation of the same amount of order and you need to speak with the restaurant to move forward of the request of cancelation" so everyone be careful of the manager she doesn't treat me customers well at all and spread the word of her service to others

Subway has gone down the tubes... So sad, I used to look forward to visiting this particular restaurant! The sandwiches now are Skimpy and Sloppy! Today my clerk looked like she had smelled dog poop.Was nasty and suggested we Tip! When I stood in line again with my son who was ordering she asked WHY I was standing in line again with dirty looks and a bad attitude!Don't visit this store... You won't leave happy
This one is tiny and clean. They have fresh ingredients, I mean their tomatoes are bright red and the bread is so soft.
