I love this subway, food is always fresh and inside is always clean with a great atmosphere. The service at this subway is top notch mrs betty is the sweetest lady in the world she always ask how im doing before taking my order. She always make sure im happy with my sub before i leave. Will not return to this location. So measly with the meat. I am not a big meat eater either. Ordered a spicy Italian. I could not taste the meat all bread. Literally 2 slices of paper thin Salami and 2 slices of paper thin pepperoni almost none existent. Might as well ordered a veggie sub. Out of condiments, out of some of the fountain drinks. $11 plus dollars for a horrible 6 inch sub combo. I recommend you walk over to Publix for a delicious sub with reasonable proportions and freshness. For about the same price or cheaper. You'll thank me later.

I visit this subway in particular an average of 10times a month and the service isn’t all that good.The portions are small and often times no matter how long you’ve been there waiting to order if they receive a to go order or uber they will make you wait till they do that and then serve you.Thats what happened today and i will not be visiting again.Putting priority on ubers and pickups instead of the customers at the store just shows the lack of hospitality and that the management needs to learn a thing or two.

WORST SUBWAY IVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED!! I had an Uber eats order for a footlong chicken teriyaki for my daughter and I and chips and churro. They called to tell me there’s no churros so they are giving me another cookie ( with out asking me preference)… now, Imagine how I felt when I got my order with my food crushed, no cookie or chips. AND NOTHING IN MY SUB. NOTHING. literally bread, onions, and water. The Uber eats lady called me to tell me that they were so rude to her as well and honestly were mocking her because of her accent.
I’ve already reported this to their headquarters and waiting for reponse.

The new hires at this location are a pos. This guy here literally took the persons order that was behind me like I wasn’t standing in front of him. Person literally walked in a few mins after me. I also already gave him my order before they came in. I ordered a meatball sub, it’s not that hard to make?

Upon entering there was no employee on sight, when I was finally attended they didn’t even toast my sandwich all the way, the cheese was cold and stale. I asked the employee for a broccoli soup, and as he’s pouring it i notice it’s thick so i ask if it was cold to which he nodded yes as if i was supposed to eat it that way. Then to top it all off I purchase a cup and when i went to put ice there was none, when i notify the employee he says yes meaning he was aware the whole time and didn’t even care to let me know ? Literally ridiculous, do better.

Very bad service!!! I asked for a glass to drink water (I bought it) and when I go to add the ice the boy tells me there is no ice ? Then he's going to serve me the broccoli soup and the I saw it was very thick and I asked him is it cold and he said yes it is cold omg ?!! Besides, when I entered there was no one to assist you!! The sandwich was practically raw, the bread was very bad, I don't recommend it at all.
