Terrible service. They even did not give us the third foot long free after buying our two fl. First and last time at this subway.

Absolutely WORST subway experience. The employee was STINGY with the food (I’m talking 3 pieces of spinach and onions for example — I promise I’m not exaggerating). I got the Mexicali which comes the avocado, she put so little it’s not worth what I paid. Additionally, she was rushing us the entire time (even when there wasn’t a line). When we were paying, she said “no se me apuren” (which translates don’t hurry but in a sarcastic manner). Very very frustrating. Will NOT be buying from here again.

I’ve ordered a couple times from here and they never get my order right. I pay extra for bacon and they never put the bacon in, I ask for it toasted and they don’t toast it, I ask for the sauce and salt and pepper and they don’t even add it to my order. I always get my ordered messed up and just a cold sandwich with everything just thrown in it cause they don’t bother to listen to toast it. Not ordering from here again, save your time.

I placed an order through Uber East a few minutes ago and my order should have included a Coca Cola and they never sent it and now I call to complain that I have called 6 times and no one answers the phone, the bread was not toasted as I requested and it looked like It was not new bread and they never added what I asked them to add, it was fatal

I have lunch 2 to 3 times a week on this subway. The workers here are very attentive, friendly, my sandwichs are excellent every time. I will definitely be coming back to the store again,they always have also friendly smile...Report

I don't know about how the food served here is, because I've gone twice and have not been served. My first time was on Thur 28 September at around 4 PM, I was coming back from the office and transitioning to end my day working from home, so I was in a bit of a rush. I got on in the queue and waited my turn, I had a gentleman with his daughter in front of me. When it came to my turn, the lady simply told (not asked me if I was OK with it) that she had to prepare the sub for someone who ordered a pick-up -- I was like what? No, I needed to leave, I found it inconsiderate and plain rude she did that. I said I could not wait longer and left. The second time was just this past Thursday, 5 October in the morning, at around 8:30 AM, I was on my way to work. I get there and the same lady tells me the system was down, but yet there was a person inside eating a sub, however she was on the phone with someone, so it may have been legit. But what, the franchises don't have a method to register a sale and perhaps take cash as I had cash with me. In any case, twice within a week and never got a chance to eat from here, the very first experience was enough to leave me a bad taste, but I gave it a second chance and it again went south. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless management does some things to fix the customer experience and ensures a good service is provided. For a failure like the last one, they should give away free meal coupons, and for a failure like the first one, where a customer is just "blown off" like "I don't care about you", well, what can be done about something like that?

Bibi Fortun

Ordered 2 steak and cheese footlong sandwiches and they did not follow instructions. In fact, they didn’t have meat in them and they gave us the wrong toppings and sauce. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go back and change them due to work. Mine went in the trash. Waste of money!

The lady that served me tonight clearly would have rather been anywhere else. She didn't toast my sandwiches properly and was very rude and practically put the sandwiches together out of spite. I was uncomfortable with the fact that she was talking to another customer and basically ignoring me the whole time. Especially speaking in another language. She was an older lady but wasn't wearing a name tag.

Save yourself the time and go across the street to the subway within Walmart. The franchise owners are clearly cutting cost at the expense of customers. Having one employee multiple days of the week is insane. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS!

Very unprofessional. As a subway owner, I would fire them all right away. An old latino employee (who also might be the manager as well) always angry and constantly yell and fight with customer about every little thing. She yells at customer for exchange unopened chip for cookies, say no to another customers who asked for utensil, yell at a little girl who holds the door for people because that would kill her AC …. I will definitely go to the subway across the street in walmart next time, much better service. We are customers and since they mistreat us, doesn’t look like they need our money here.

I checked google maps and is noted that they are open since 6:00 am. However, it is Monday 6:45 am and they are close. At this time is terrible i wanted to send my son to school with lunch from Subway and he would not have it and probably getting late while trying to get something else. Disappointed.
