They don't stop talking on their cell phones while they are attending to the customer.

lady was super rude, i placed a pick up order, i told her i was there to pick up, she said it wasn’t done yet, i said cool, i sit down then she calls me over and she’s like we don’t have the bread you want and i was like is there any way to cancel it and she said no i can give you another bread type and i was like cool but my thing is why order ahead in the app if you’re just going to make us wait 20 minutes for the food and even then say y’all don’t have the item we want, make it make sense
