Ordered 3 sandwiches online through the APP. They Didn't make any of them correct. Just walk in so you can watch them. Do better subway

First, we arrived at the place, the two employees were missing for about 5 minutes and the people who were in front of me called them and they appeared, second, my son ordered a spacy nacho chicken and they gave him the meat one, which is totally wrong, we are not into drinking soda. We kindly asked him for some glasses of water to drink and with a despotic attitude he told us that they did not have glasses for water, that if I wanted the water bottles to be there, I should buy them, that in that store they did not give glasses for water And they couldn't even get napkins or a spoon, and we had to look for everything, but the bad attitude of the two clerks continued. I don't recommend that subway at all.

First of all, there was no one to attend, we had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up to serve us, second I asked for a spacy nacho chicken and they gave me the meat one, they didn't give me a napkin and when I asked for a glass to drink water with a not very good attitude they denied it and told me that if I wanted to drink water I had to buy the knob, the truth is that they don't have a lot of desire to work there very bad service

Terrible service, I couldn't buy anything, the two employees who were there took more than 10 minutes to come out to serve, and when she came out she attended to the people who arrived after me, I told her that I arrived earlier and she told me: “sorry I I saw them” and with a terrible attitude and continued serving them, I also had to see that he denied a glass of water to another client. They need to change staff or give them a customer service course because with that attitude and locked up back there gossiping without serving people they don't make me want to go back ever again, at least I'm not going to.

What a shame that me or any of my family will be going to this one ever again. We were regulars and never had an issue, and my last experience left me shocked. I was getting 3 subs which we usually get. The girl was making my order perfectly fine and i asked for extra spinach on one which was a veggie delite with only spinach olives onion jalpenos and peppers. The other lady told her "NO. U cant get extra spinach" and told the girl "do not put more spinach". And yhen i said i always get it that way and se insisted tha i only get 6 pieces of spinach and ripped and i said "please just charge me if you have to. Il pay for the extra spinach." At this point she was furious and yelling argueing and holding up a long line just to make sure i dont get extra spinach. I asked one last time calmly as i was the whole time i was not angry i jus wanted my sub the way i always get it even if i had to pay extra but she said NO. I had yo leave the sandwiches there because it just was not what i wanted and i drove to another sibway. I was gona let this all go but now i was shopping at this walmart where the sbway is located and i was nowhere near the subway. I was walking out where the walmart employee checks your recipt and she yelled at me "arent you gona take ur sandwich you idiot?!" It was all in spanish yhe entire conversations and the literal insult was "descarada". I completly ignored her and walked away. Her name is Luz and she claims to be the manager. So much anger i dony think she should be even a normal employee much less a manager.
Look at how tiny the meat portions are. Waste of money.Edit (update): wow what a terrible subway. I had made a mobile order but my sandwiches weren’t ready, which is fine. My problem was that the lady made my sandwich incorrectly and refused to correct it. I tried requesting a refund/cancelation but was unable to since the order was “finished” and the lady had no idea how to cancel/refund. She then started lecturing me and yelling at me in front of all the customers that were around about how I shouldn’t be wasting food and that she was not going to make me a new sandwich and that it wasn’t her problem. I’m absolutely appalled and outraged by her behavior and in the end there was no resolution. I had ended up eating what she made me since I couldn’t get a refund anyway. Huge waste of time and money.
Terrible service the girl was to busy hooking her friend up with extra tuna to realize she barely put any meat in our sandwich. I go to many subway locations and this one real didn't even meet the standard.
