Don’t go to this location. The thinnest Tuna Sub ever. Had barely any tuna. See pic. This is how you lose business. Last time I ordered turkey only one slice was in there.

I went to this location and they cut the tuna size portion substantially. The tuna scoop was the smallest I have ever seen in a subway location. When I asked the lady serving, she told me the owner changed it recently because the old one was too big and they were giving more. Are you kidding me?, basically if you order a tuna sub at this location you almost get no tuna. Avoid this location. I will skip it from now, also I will order the same sub in a different location next week to compare and if I get the right portion I might complain with corporate as they are basically stealing from ppl.

Today I had a bad experience at this Subway. I ate inside the restaurant, and after finishing my meal I asked to use the bathroom. The blonde girl at the cash register told me I couldn’t because it was just clean and close the bathroom after cleaning first time in my live earlier that.
That was not true — I had been in the restaurant for about 20 minutes, and no one had cleaned the bathroom during that time. There were only three people inside, so it wasn’t busy at all. It felt disrespectful to be refused access to the bathroom after being a paying customer.
Very disappointing service.
It’s like any other subway. Sandwiches, drinks, chips, cookies. Employees are nice and know what they’re doing. Hungry, but don’t want to eat unhealthy? Come here!

Make sure before you scan your card they charge you the right amount . They like to charge you extra without you knowing . The lady literally asked me tip or no tip and I told her no tip and so I tapped my card on the pad . On the receipt it says that I put tip where I just scanned my card . She stated that since I didn’t click no it “automatically” took the tip . Clearly I told her no and if she was to properly speak English she would’ve saw that in the system . Please have people who knows English there . This is ridiculous!

The reason for my evaluation is related to the fact that in this place they have put a service cabinet that does not allow the customer to see the amount of sausages that are put in the preparation. I can say, as a regular customer of this chain, that I have never seen so little ham, turkey, and roast beef put in a sandwich!!!!

I called to let them know that I wanted my order to be toasted and they hung up the phone on me and never answered again! I will never order from there again!

So disappointed walked in after a 30 minute drive to get a veggie patty sandwich and the young woman said they dont carry it there. Shame on you Subway you should have options for everyone!
Every time i come to this store on weekends, there's no Cheddar Cheese, 90% of the time. Always by the weekend they're out of stock on the Cheddar Cheese ? do better

I had to leave mid order because none of the 2 workers spoke English! I understand that I live in Miami, however there’s still people here that speak English! I understand language barriers but common sense would be to have at least 1 employee on the clock that can communicate with English speaking customers! This is a bad business practice and it needs to be addressed! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because this is not a good look for the brand. Subway in Silver Palms shopping center, DO BETTER! ?

Lady would keep getting online orders instead of talking care of my pregnant women, she would keep on getting orders that were coming in. She did not even acknowledge me. This was July 5 2024 at 8:00 pm
