The reason for my evaluation is related to the fact that in this place they have put a service cabinet that does not allow the customer to see the amount of sausages that are put in the preparation. I can say, as a regular customer of this chain, that I have never seen so little ham, turkey, and roast beef put in a sandwich!!!!

I called to let them know that I wanted my order to be toasted and they hung up the phone on me and never answered again! I will never order from there again!
They had such a bad attitude when we were ordering and they at first did not want to put things that we wanted
So disappointed walked in after a 30 minute drive to get a veggie patty sandwich and the young woman said they dont carry it there. Shame on you Subway you should have options for everyone!
Every time i come to this store on weekends, there's no Cheddar Cheese, 90% of the time. Always by the weekend they're out of stock on the Cheddar Cheese ? do better

I had to leave mid order because none of the 2 workers spoke English! I understand that I live in Miami, however there’s still people here that speak English! I understand language barriers but common sense would be to have at least 1 employee on the clock that can communicate with English speaking customers! This is a bad business practice and it needs to be addressed! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because this is not a good look for the brand. Subway in Silver Palms shopping center, DO BETTER! ?

Lady would keep getting online orders instead of talking care of my pregnant women, she would keep on getting orders that were coming in. She did not even acknowledge me. This was July 5 2024 at 8:00 pm

I ordered 4 breakfast subs for delivery through their app and all arrived without egg. When I called restaurant I got the worst treatment you can imagine. One person blaming another but nobody took ownership. Asked for manager and of course there wasn’t one available. Filed case online and ended up receiving email from Miguel Consuegra who is supposed to be the owner. He asked me to provide copy of receipt so he can process refund. I sent receipt and over a week and 3 emails later and nothing from nobody. If I could put NO stars, I absolutely would.

Horrible. They give out old bread from days ago Don’t have anything in stock. Ice machine always broken. Staff not friendly except for the guy that works there.
It's not the first, second or fifth time I order here and everything is wrong with my sandwich. I don't like to be THAT GUY, but how many times will my orders be wrong until things get straightened out?Never toasted, never use the chicken I ask, never throw in the stuff I ask. You guys see a pre-built and do it as the menu states, not at all how the customer asks. And by the looks of these reviews, I'm not the only one. The team tends to be rude, careless and plainly don't care about a thing. I know it's not the most glorious job, but you gotta do it, man.

Wilted and frozen vegetables. BLT with 5 wheels of salami and chorizo instead of 6 and I only pay cash, I don't know why.
