Went to this restaurant for our Friday Night dinner crew. The chefs need refresher course on sushi making skills.Our server was pleasant she was soft spoken did not catch her name she was dressed as a witch.I ordered the Miami Heat Roll that was tasty.I also ordered the Dolphin Roll that was not rolled well and it fell apart as soon as I tried to grab it to eat it.

The food is great and the service is alright but not sure with management service. I had called about an issue over a few weeks ago with an order and requested the manager. I was on hold for quite some time to speak with the manager and I believe they changed managers..? Usually it’s this one guy with clear english speaking and heavy voice but I had spoken to a guy with I think a Cuban accent and english not so clear. I had tried to resolve an issue with him with my food order however our conversation wasn’t even over when he put me back to the person I was previously talking to who was not a manager. I had to resolve my issue with someone who wasn’t a manager which all went well but for the manager to not even fully help me out and leave me hanging makes me wonder about management skills. Thank you to the girl who helped me out, she was splendid.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN ANY JAPANESE CUISINE, from the service, atmosphere and especially food was so bland, no flavor whatsoever , NEVER AGAIN.
The place is wonderful and the waitress Claudia is very attentive, always concerned that everything is okay and always removes the dishes from the table without us telling her! My husband and I are definitely very happy with the service and would return again!

This place is amazing! The sushi is super fresh, the hibachi is cooked perfectly, and everything has so much flavor. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The Thai donuts are the best—warm, fluffy, and so delicious! Definitely one of my favorite spots to eat, and I’ll be coming back for sure! Thank you to Eivis for being very attentive.
