When dining in the customer is supposed to use a touch screen menu that has a very delayed response time. Someone ordering at the counter got their food 10 minutes faster than those ordering on the touch screen. They don't always allow people to order at the counter.

Went to the actual store to fix the problem with the delivery order and received no assistance and issue was not resolved. Door dash stated the store had to fix it and the taco bell manager Michelle was not helpful and did not even attempt to help fix the issue. She stated it was the delivery service issue. So disappointed to see that customer service has gone down the tubes, no matter where you go.
