This is my go to taco bell. The food is exactly how it should be, everything crunchy and tasty. The thing I like the most about this location other than the food, is that they actually get the order right..!! I can't remember the last time this location messed up an order, we have even stopped checking the bags because they are ways right. This is probably due to good management and training of staff.
I went inside to use their bathroom, which was pretty clean. While i was there I decided to order the nacho fries that I always wanted to try. When i walked to counter to order no one (staff) was at the register. A spanish older man walked up next to me & started speaking loudly in Spanish toward the staff, A male worker (Spanish) came from the back & walked up to register and started taking the man's order. He didn't ask who was standing there first or who was next in line which was very unprofessional. My order should've been taken 1st..smh.. I mentioned the situation to the female employee (Spanish) and she didn't say anything..smh..so although they gave me some good fresh fries, I will no longer visit this rude Taco Bell restaurant.
Honestly one of the most consistent taco bell when it comes to the food. Fresh and hot! ? But must admit, Taco Bell is getting more and more expensive every trip. I have one combo and 2 bean burritos $25 bucks ?Vegetarian options: I understand why meat can be substituted for another source of protein like beans for free. They still charge you extra, as it's considered an addition. (By the way, I'm not vegan, but my wife is, and it still costs me extra) ?

How hard is it to give someone sparkling water? This lady went out of her way to give me plain water in the smallest cup she could find as if she's the owner of the actual store and somehow giving out the sparkling water which they barely ever get requests about is a crime. Whoever is managing on 10/24/2023 at around 3:20 PM has a bunch of terrible employees working for them and or manager included. I've never had a problem ordering sparkling water, carbonated water at another Taco Bell before and they never give it to me in a kids cup. I just threw both waters out, it was pointless. It's always this ghetto ass location with wack tasting tacos and now they're hiring people that barely speak any English. That's why I never eat from them, I don't knowingly want miserable people preparing my food. I always drive all the way to the other location by Publix if I want actual food. This one's closer but they're just cheap, weird and stingy most of the time every blue moon you'll get a good shift of employees. I drove around again to tell her that I wanted sparkling water. Then she gives me some type of water that taste like it had Sprite in it. I will never understand how hiring somebody who does not speak English and customer service/verbal customer service is required, will ever be good for your company if it's in America. These immature chicks completely just wasted my time.

I understand that people are very miserable down here. Just don’t take it out on my food because I decided to swap out chicken for steak. Then on top of that whoever made my food purposely left out 1 of my orders then I had to go inside and them know I was missing it. As soon as I said something the person knew. I don’t know what’s happening to this Taco Bell, but please get it together because you guys use to be the best.
