The food is very delicious. This gentleman was hired to cook at a party i attended and it went very well considering it started raining. He improvised and continued like a champ. His manner and level of professionalism was superb. Very polite. The grilled meat, chicken and ribs were absolutely delicious, as well as the mash potato and appetizers.
All in all, great experience. I would recommend. Unfortunately, we didnt take any pictures of him grilling but here...

Great food!!!!!! We had his parrilla for my mom’s birthday party and was incredible! The food and service was superb. He will bring almost everything you need. Definitely recommend it.
