Don’t waste your time with this place, drove 40 minutes to get pastries to take back only to be told that they were out and they were not willing to make more, how are you a bakery with no product that you promote, I feel like I was in Cuba. I had the worst customer service experience today february 27th 2024 at 7:02 p.m. what is the problem with the cashiers at this establishment they make you feel like they're doing you a favor if anything I'm the one doing them a favor because I'm spending my money there Vicky's Bakery stablishment needs to trained their employees in customer service which they lock knowledge off or if they don't like their job they need to find people that enjoy doing this kind of work because it's not fair for customers to have such a bad experience when you are spending your hard work money in this poor customer services business. Zero stars, starting with the service which is TERRIBLE and ending with some products such as a puff pastry heart... such a simple thing and of such poor quality, I ended up throwing it in the trash. A shame because the place is beautiful. The heart of Hojaldre is not even worthy of the ladies, it's a shame that a photo cannot be uploaded so you know what I mean. The service is not only kindness, it is also efficiency and that is not there in the place, and it not only happened to me 1 but 2 times, therefore I did not like it and I had no desire to return.
