Drive-thru used to be great. Now they have a foolish AI taking orders. It picks up everything in the car. You have to go through each meal, one by one. No longer can you deal with a human being; give me two #1s, one with a Dr. Pepper and one with sweet tea. Nope. One meal at a time. I want a person. Either that, or contact Elon Musk; he seems to be working on better AI robots.

Really did not like this Wendy's to be honest. They made you ask for straws napkins ketchup they were unwilling to give me some sauces that I recommended and it was super sad to know that the customer actually argued with me on the fact and turned out that she was actually super sad

Service is great, cashiers are usually just very polite if a little shy. Food's hit or miss, and even when it's a hit it's just barely okay. The cold brew is very gross, I wouldn't advise trying your luck on it.

Last 3 days we stopped for frostys/food and every time the customer service of the young girls at the window was trash. Don’t know if they just don’t want to be there or what. Mumble at the speaker then just basically toss food out the window and I say thank you and they just turn and slam the little window. Spent about 50 bucks each time we went between all of us in the car.. If they worked in my cafe I’d fire them first glance I seen that.

Worst experience on the drive thru the fella that worked on Jun 9 around 2pm was so rude ! He actually like he was deaf keep saying huh huh with a terrible attitude and yelled at the mic. he upcharged me for large drink and fries without even asking .
was my first time coming to this wendy’s and i enjoyed it a lot. got my food very fast, everything was perfect and freshly made. the cashier, Marilyn, was so sweet as well. the inside was really clean and looks so pretty inside. wish i lived closer so i could come to this wendy’s more than the one near me.

Friendly stuff.... But: drive in combos 1 Dollar higher than in restaurant or app. Biggie Bags only available in large (so add a forced $1,70 to the regular price with other stores). Ordered the Biggie Bag in large und another large combo. But: Got only 2 midsize cups for the drinks (solution: took a refill) Fries: instead if the two large, only one large and one midsize (complained and got a new one in large). Instead of spicy nuggets I got the regular and the dip was missing. No onions at all on the Cajun Crunch Burger. All the tables: dirty.

Stoped by today April 20th couldn’t even order the place had an offending odor that was sickening. My son called it like it stunk of urine I on the other hand place it close to unsanitary.
