Very bad experience with this store I ordered 2 bogie bags 6 peac chicken nuggets 2 Fanta with a meal and extra j cheeseburger I just gets fries and chicken nuggets in my order

Went here on the night of 25th of Oct. I think this is the only Wendy’s I’ve been to that the food actually looks like the commercial 😂. Not only does it look like the commercials it tastes amazing, I’d say better than most other Wendy’s I’ve been to. I’m actually shocked to see the reviews lower because this isn’t the first time I’ve went to this same Wendy’s and had delicious food that looked like the commercial. I wish I took pictures but it was too delicious 😂.

Tonight’s night shift crew on 10/26 2am was excellent, they were super sweet and helpful with the menu despite the time given I know anyone would be tired , and the staff were amazing

Horrible horrible they just need to close and be done with. This location stays messing up orders. Ordered Single with cheese, mustard, ketchup got home to open it up what do I see a Plain Chicken sandwich which i didn’t order. This wasn’t the first time they messed up my order. People when you order here make sure to check your order before leaving because then you will have to drive back to get it corrected. The girl at the window asked if i wanted a Frosty for my inconvenience I said NO. Like lets be for real they need to get better as a restaurant train your workers properly dang.

On February 23 at 12:21 PM, we dined in at the Wendy’s on North E. 8th St. in Homestead, FL (Restaurant #14211460). Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable cashier who took our order and was very helpful.

We ordered:

• A Baconator Double Meal with Bacon Fries
• A Large Biggie Bag with a Plain Cheeseburger Double, Sour Cream & Chive Potato, and Saucy Nuggets

Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took 18 minutes to receive our order. When we finally got our food, both cheeseburgers were completely wrong. I brought them back to be corrected, only to be met with outright rudeness and disrespect from the kitchen cook, Gloria.

Instead of fixing the mistake, Gloria argued with the cashier, blaming her for the error—despite my receipt clearly showing the correct order. Even after two different employees translated the issue to her, Gloria came over and told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I calmly explained in English that I simply wanted the food I paid for. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she walked away, spoke about me in Spanish while making my food, and continued to be rude to the cashier, publicly scolding her in front of customers.

While I was waiting, three to four other customers also returned with incorrect orders, proving that this was not an isolated incident. Gloria’s repeated mistakes and unprofessional attitude were frustrating to customers and demoralizing to the rest of the staff, who were otherwise kind and helpful.

This type of behavior is unacceptable and damages the reputation of your store. Every other staff member was courteous and professional, but one disrespectful employee can ruin an entire experience. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as no customer should feel disrespected or ignored when simply asking for the meal they ordered.

Until this location improves its service, I cannot recommend dining here.

Ordered 2 big bags an cinnamon pull, an sandwich on the side with a mushroom burger meal. Got a whole other other meal then the mushroom meal ,no cinnamon pull plus fries were cold an no receipt. The manger gave us are bags an closed the window .
